8 minutes walk from the beach, in the village of Bernières sur mer, family seaside resort, a house for 6 people with an enclosed garden of 500 m².

Large, bright living room with level access to the garden, including kitchen with dining area (MW, LV, combi-freezer), living room (TV), 3 bedrooms (2 with 140x200 bed, 1 with 2 90x190 beds), bathroom bath (LL) and separate WC.
Travel cot and baby high chair on request.
Pets not accepted - non-smoking rental
NO WIFI.

Beach with activities, sailing club, tennis and two equestrian centers …

Rates as of 08/10/2022:
High season (July-August): €810/week
Mid season (May, June, September) and school holidays: €690/week
Low season (October to April excluding school holidays): €590/Week

Outside the high season possibility of renting 2 nights minimum at the rate of 115€/night

To these rates, it is necessary to add the tourist tax of 0.90 euros/person/day for those over 18 years old. From October 1 to May 31 inclusive, electricity consumption is not included in the rental price. It is invoiced in addition to the EDF tariff in force.

So Charming!
Everything about this home is incredibly charming. The village is charming, the house is charming, the beach is beautiful. Coordinating check-in and check-out would've been tricky if the coordinating company wasn't so responsive. Thankfully, they were. You do need to pay extra for linens and such. The home itself was so cozy and clean, and my children adored running around in the yard. We had a lovely stay.

Das Haus ist schön. Wir hatten ein paar Ameisen 🐜 als Mitmieter. Die Matratzen sind leider sehr weich und nicht für Erwachsene gedacht. Ansonsten beachten, dass es dort nur eine übergroße Bettdecke bei den französischen Betten für zwei Personen gibt. Sonnenschirm fehlte im Garten. Die Lage ist in Mitten einer Einfamilienhaus Siedlung. Für Kinder nichts in der Nähe. Der Ort hat leider auch nicht so viel zu bieten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Touren dennoch geeignet. Das Personal war sehr nett bei drr Übergabe und Abnahme.

Agréable séjour
Emplacement idéal pour visiter les plages du débarquement. Maison simple et propre dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.. Jolie décoration marine. Vaisselier dans le salon pas fonctionnel pour ranger ou utiliser la vaisselle. Jardin agréable . Dommage qu il n y ait aucun transat pour en profiter. Location conforme à la description.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans votre location. Maison avec un intérieur convenable, bonne literie, dommage que les ouvertures soient un peu vétustes nous comprenons pourquoi l'électricité soit en plus de la location.

Maison idéale !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est parfaite tant en ce qui concerne l'agencement, que son aménagement. Le jardin est un bonheur. Nous avons vraiment été très heureux de ces quelque jours passés et serions très heureux de pouvoir y revenir.

Agréable maison bien située
La maison est tout à fait conforme à sa description, confortable (bonne literie), au calme, lumineuse très bien équipée (par contre, ni TNT ni wifi) et joliment décorée. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pieds, la plage à 10, le marché de Courseulles à 10 min en voiture.

Das Haus war genau richtig für uns, mit Garten zum Spielen für die Kinder
Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, sind hell und ausreichend möbliert. Vom großzügigen Wohnraum geht's direkt in den großen Garten. Perfekt für die Kinder. Bad und Küche sind einfach, aber praktisch. Das Haus ist prima und wir kommen bestimmt wieder, zumal Bernières ein toller Ort für Ferien am Atlantik ist.

Excellent
La maison est tres bien situee sur une rue tres calme. Tres proche de la plage, le supermarche et la boulangerie. Tres propre, avec un petit jardin ou nos enfants ont pu joue. La cuisine est tres bien equipe. Le proprietaire est tres gentile, reponds tres vite aux emails et donne beaucoup de informations. Si on visite Normandie encore une fois certainement je resterai dans cette maison encore une fois.
