Steps to the inground pool. The suite & pool is private for ( 2) reservation adult guests only.
The Suite is a sunny bright large 32 x 12 suite with Blue black-out draperies, a Queen size bed, living room, twin reclining loveseats, a small non-cooking Kitchenette & your full private bathroom with linen closet, bathtub with shower, beach towels, and toiletries. TV streaming with Alexa Fire Stick. Prime, Disney+ Hulu, local news, and weather. Private parking on the property for reservation guests only with lighted entry to your private entrance. Convenient 5 miles to Anna Maria Island Gulf beach. Famous Rod & Reel Pier with the restaurant on top of the water & Mote Marine Educational Center. Convention Center, IMG Academy, 675+ acre Robinson Preserve, rentals nearby for Kayaking and water horseback riding. De Soto Park, Theatres, Arts, Farmers Markets, LeCom Pirates Baseball Stadium, Hospitals, GT Bray Park, Pickleball, downtown Bradenton Riverwalk, Jazz Music Festival, Golfing, Fishing, Sunset Boat Tours, Cortez Fishing Festival. The suite is not set up for cooking meals. The KITCHENETTE is set up for light pre-pared meals/microwavable meals sandwiches, and salads, No cooking inside or outside. No cooking or cooking appliances are allowed. There are vast restaurants on Anna Maria Island and locally. Due to insurance & code regulations No visitors on the property, Registered Guests Only.
No children under 14 years of age due to code, pool safety, and code occupancy limits of 2 registered guests.
The pool is private for our registered guests only during their stay here. The pool is not heated.

Wonderful first experience in Florida

This was my husband and I's first time going to Florida together. We were not familiar with the area we would be staying in, but went based on recommendations of how great Anna Maria Island and the Bradenton area are. The location was incredible, with close access to the island and all other amenities we could think of. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Our host was so kind to us throughout the trip, and provided great suggestions on local spots to hit. The suite was very private, clean, and quiet and had the incredible private pool. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Lovely and relaxing

This is an awesome stay! Barbara sees that you are comfortable and can always be reached. Property backs up to a wooded area, hearing all different birds, seeing butterflies while listening to the waterfall in the private pool area. We will definitely stay again.

It was great! But..

We had a great stay! The place looked just as it was advertised and the pool was perfect. Everything was very clean and well kept. Barbara was easy to communicate with and did her best to accommodate our crazy flight schedule. She also let us borrow her beach umbrellas and chairs! However, we were a little surprised to find the suit is a remodeled sunroom that is attached to the house, they have curtains covering the sliding doors ( and windows) that attached the suit to their kitchen. I believe that should be listed in the description. We knew the listing said no visitors, but we assumed that meant overnight. We were bummed when they wouldn't allow my sister to have dinner with us and watch a movie.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Host!

The studio is super clean and has everything you need including a nice pool! The host, Barbara was wonderful and very helpful if we needed it! The location is great too…so close to the beaches and lots of restaurants!!

Very clean Rental and very safe neighborhood

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this rental. I went here with my best friend for a short weekend trip, we were both very impressed with the safety of the neighborhood and the location of this rental. So close to so many beaches( within walking distance). Barbara was so very accommodating, she even let us borrow some supplies that we needed to make a flower bouquet and was just so friendly and helpful the whole trip. if you are looking for a safe and quiet place to stay this is the rental for you!

Cozy Hideaway

Perfect for me

The property is in a quiet, peaceful residential area which is close to everything you could want. It is very clean and nicely decorated and exactly as described. Barbara is a wonderful host giving you your privacy but available if needed. I look forward to booking again soon.

Felt as though we were continually watched. It made us very uncomfortable.

It was a clean and a bright room. The decorations were nice. The woman who lived in the attached house seemed to be watching us continually and claimed we were violating the rules when our 80 year old relatives came to the driveway to pick us up several times. They only came to the door to let us know they were waiting for us, yet we were violating the rules. We are in our 70's and certainly weren't going to intentionally violate any rules. After they stopped to pick us up and we were told that they weren't allowed on the property, the whole thing made us very uncomfortable for the rest of the stay for the entire week. We felt uncomfortable asking for anything. There was no heat in the room and no extra blanket provided until we mentioned that it was very cold at night and asked for one. Then one was supplied. If the woman in the house needed to have the heat on as she did most of the week we were there, then she should have known that at least an extra blanket should be available to renters. The television options were only for movies or old TV shows. No local channels, no current weather or news or current TV shows. Only options we could get was Disney or Prime. The TV would continually buffer in the middle of a show and you would have to wait for 2 - 5 minutes for it to come back on or it would stop the show completely and you'd need to start it over. The pool is a big selling point but it is not heated and was probably about 50 degrees when we were there, so not usable. There was a microwave but none of the dishes provided were microwaveable except for some ceramic coffee cups. The rest of the dishes although in keeping with the decor, were plastic and not microwaveable. We bought our own paper plates. We were only supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for the entire week. We had to ask for more and then were only provided with 1 more. It was a good thing we had a couple of our own. All in all it was the poorest and most uncomfortable experience we have had with a Vrbo.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our our stay! It was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and so close to Anna Maria Island! It was extra chilly and Barbara made sure we had a little heater for overnight!
