Deck overlooking spectacular ocean views. Private pathway to beach on property. Many amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, blender, washer and dryer, and outdoor shower. Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin bed. All bedrooms newly painted with new mattresses and furniture. Guests bring sheets and towels. Parking for 3 cars. Steps to Roger Wheeler State Beach. Less than 5 minutes to Block Island Ferry and Scarborough State Beach. Newport only 20 minutes away.
