L'estartit jolie endroit pour familles

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances, l'endroit de l'appartement est bien situé; proche de tout, pas vraiment besoin de la voiture sauf pour visiter la région, qui est très belle. L'appartement est bien équipé et spacieux avec 2 chambres séparées, il est conforme à l'annonce.

Super Sahour à l'Estartit

Arrivée comme détaillée par les propriétaires très simple et pratique. Parking et ascenseur très utiles pour décharger et charger la voiture. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé comme à la maison. On s'y sent très vite chez soi et la clim permet de passer des nuits réparatrices. Emplacement idéal à 50m de la plage sans être dans les grands complexes. Terrasse de taille suffisante et face à la mer et la pinède et face à un bar qui passe de la musique sympa tous les soirs dont vous pouvez profiter avec plaisir. l'Estartit est une station balnéaire de taille raisonnable donnant accès aux activités nautiques et ballades randonnées dans le parc naturel. À 1h30 de Barcelone et 45 min de Gérone, les sorties culturelles sont également possibles. Nous avons passé un super séjour et cet appartement y a participé. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires.

Emplacement ideal

Points positifs: emplacement parfait (proche plage et commerces), résidence calme, parking. L'appartement est spacieux, avec la climatisation (indispensable) et il y a tout le nécessaire. Hôte très gentille et tout est très bien expliqué. Points négatifs: la salle de bain, petite, très peu de pression d'eau donc compliqué de laver des cheveux longs et WC collé à la douche. Le logement aurait besoin d'être modernisé à mon sens (décoration, mobilier). Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Super Wohnung und tolle Gastgeberin

Der Check-In Vorgang lief problemlos ab, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sie war zu unserer Überraschung auch sehr gut ausgestattet (Strandliegen, -Schirm, -Spielzeug sind vorhanden). Es ist grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, um nach der Ankunft nicht erst noch einkaufen gehen zu müssen, man kann also direkt in die Wohnung (Essen müsste man natürlich besorgen). Kleine Probleme oder Fragen wurden schnell gelöst/beantwortet. Die Lage ist absolut Perfekt! WLAN gibt es mittlerweile keins mehr, durch die mittlerweile großen Handytarife hatten wir aber keinerlei Einschränkungen, trotz 2 Kindern mit Tablets, etc. Wir werden definitiv nochmal kommen, hätte es mir gar nicht schöner vorstellen können.

Très bien !

L'appartement est en tout point conforme au descriptif et très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal. Seul petit bémol la pression d'eau dans la douche très faible. Sinon, très bon séjour !

retour suite à notre séjour

L'appartement était de bonne taille. Effectivement très proche de la mer. Notre séjour a été agréable. Bémol : il n'y a pas de possibilité de connexion au Wi-fi au restaurant comme annoncé sur l'annonce et le contrat.

Niet wat we verwacht hadden.

De woning staat echt dicht bij het strand en het centrum. Dat is heel fijn. De woning ligt aan een drukke straat met daar tegen over direct appartement complexen met zwembaden en bar. Veel geluidsoverlast. Verder is de woning toe aan renovatie. De airco deed het niet helaas. Verder was bij ons de woning erg vies, jammer.

Superbe séjour

Nous venons de rentrer de notre séjour à l'Estartit où nous avons logé dans ce très bel appartement. Celui-ci est parfaitement situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et du centre ville. Rien à redire sur les équipements et le confort, c'est impécable. Le seul bémol concerne la wifi qui n'est plus disponible au restaurant situé en dessous mais c'est un détail, on s'en est bien passé. Bref séjour parfait

Nous nous sommes rapidement bien sentis dans cet appartement, très bien équipé et très bien placé ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié la vaisselle bien fournie, de qualité et très propre. C'est agréable de résider dans un endroit où les propriétaires sont méticuleux comme moi !

Location confortable avec accès rapide à la plage

Nous avons bien apprécié ce séjour à l'Estartit, la proximité de la plage, des commerces et du centre ville. On laisse sa voiture au parking en arrivant et on fait tout à pied. L'appartement est très confortable et c'est agréable d'avoir tous l'équipement comme à la maison. On reviendra certainement.

Superbe, très bien placé et bonne qualité

Séjour de 2 semaines en juillet cette année, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement . Les proprétaires nous ont , qui plus est, reçu en France avant notre séjour, que dire de plus! L'appartement est idéalement placé vue sur mer et la pinède, dans une résidence de 3 appartements ( 3X3) ,ce que nous recherchions par rapport aux "grandes résidences" . Les pièces sont spacieuses, bien aménagées , les électros sont de bonne qualité, ainsi que la literie. Petit bémol à la terrasse et salle de bain au niveau "taille" mais c'est tout à fait raisonnable ( en plus nous étions que 3). L'estartit est un village magnifique, on ne sent pas de stress de grandes stations , tout est organisé "à la Catalane" . Nous retournerons certainement dans cet appartment et remercions Jaqueline et José pour leur accueil préalable ainsi que le voisinage sur place .
