This home is perfect for a large family gathering. The home is situated on a large , quiet lot south of Route 28. Guests are greeted by the spacious ,open concept living area with a soaring vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating in the dining and living room areas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the tools needed by the aspiring seaside chef. (Stay tuned for our newly renovated Kitchen Spring of 2020) The home is thoughtfully decorated in a tasteful Cape cottage style. All of bathrooms have recently received a full makeover/renovation. The home is completely air conditioned. We have deeded access to Taylor's pond for kayaking yards from the home.
A separate family room is close by with a large flat panel TV to keep the kids entertained. Your family will be well rested in 5 large bedrooms on two floors. Beach chairs ,umbrellas and cooler are provided. LINENS PROVIDED

wedding weekend

We were in town for our son's wedding. This place gave the whole family rooms of their own and let us all be together under one roof. Spacious and cozy all at once. Was the perfect venue. The bride and girls even ended up getting ready here because the accommodations were so great!

Beautiful home, amazing trip!

Bill's house is truly amazing! We had 10 people on the trip but felt like we could have fit so many more! The house is spacious and truly has everything you need. We loved the outdoor shower, kitchen, and back patio. It is close to everything that Chatham has to offer. Bill was extremely easy to communicate with and helped us with a few recommendations. We also forgot something at the house and were able to retrieve it from him. We want to come back next year if Bill will have us!

The house was great. Size was perfect for our two families. Was nice and clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped. The back yard area looks like it will be beautiful once the upgrades are complete. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay in Chatham

This was a great property for our extended family. The bedrooms were spacious, and the third floor was great for those who wanted to retire early. The television in the family room on the lower level worked out very well for us, as the living room was available for quiet conversation and reading. The patio was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The hosts were great and attentive to every question, even the most inconsequential. The beaches were a short drive and it was never a problem to get a parking space. We definitely hope to return!

Can't beat the location, space, cleanliness & owner communication for this rental. Would highly recommend if you are traveling to the area. House is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner Will was always available for any questions during the booking process and stay itself.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here with 6 adults and one infant and it was a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful - large, lots of light, well thought out common spaces where we could all sit around together / eat meals together. Beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with A/C, well-decorated, and there are ample bathrooms, great water pressure in showers. Great location, too - close to a couple of the main beaches and a short drive from Main Street. The house also has easy parking. Bill was a great host - was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Perfect family place

This place was perfect for a few adult families to stay! It has plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and spacious living room. Everything was clean and the kitchen was modern and great for cooking! Bill was a great host and was able to help us when the key pad battery died. Overall great stay and would definitely look into staying here again!!

Recommendations: more hooks for towels or a clothes line. Second fridge in basement for drinks alone would be nice. Out side shade< We ended up going out and buying a pop up to put over the patio. I would also recommend better out side lighting. No light on the side of the house for when you use the outside shower, or play games on the lawn. Over all happy with the size, cleanliness, kitchen fully stocked and large dinning table and couches for large groups. The owner was very quick to answer all questions. I would rent again!

We rented many homes during that time and used that experience to craft a home that we would have enjoyed coming back to ,year after year.

Why they chose this property

Chatham is the quintessential New England seaside town. It is charming and welcoming. We love the quiet south of 28 location of the home and being steps from taking our kayaks out for a cruise.
