CANET PLAGE: 500m from the center and the beach, this approximately 75m² comfortable and air-conditioned house is in the middle of a 300m² fully fenced garden, not overlooked, and located in a quiet area. (bakery at 100m)
Composition of the villa:
Ground floor: Living room + kitchen (40m²) through (east / west) with large picture window directly overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom with a large wardrobe (bed and mattress in 180 (sheets are provided)), 1 bathroom with very spacious walk-in shower.

parfait !

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Location très agréable, propre et confortable (très bonne literie, équipements de qualité ( plaque induction, climatisation, douche de la salle de bain). On se sent comme à la maison :). Très bon contact avec les hôtesses Veronique et Marylene. Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation dans la chambre à l'étage.

Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in Véroniques Haus verbracht (von den Stechmücken mal abgesehen… 😉) Alles wie beschrieben, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super, würden jederzeit wieder kommen

CANET, es war ein schönes eingerichtetes Haus.

Wir haben uns sehr über das komplett eingerichtete Haus gefreut. Es war alles vorhanden, noch besser wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und eine sehr nett Ansprechpartnerin. Die Lage war sehr gut.. Strand, Lebensmittel einkaufen, Märkte und Restaurants alles zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Es war sehr erholsam.

Love the house and the location!

That was a 10 minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants ! We loved the market 4 times a week with fresh products ! The restaurants are good and not too expensive ! We enjoyed everything ! And we had a great welcome from Veronique the owner of the house ! Thanks so much!

Très bonne location,

Nous avons apprécié la maison, bien équipée, avec le jardin privatif. Le logement est, de plus, bien situé, au calme, accessible à pieds pour la plage, les marchés et de petits restaurants sympas. Bref, bonne expérience. Pas de problème pour se garer juste à côté, mais nous étions 1re semainde de septembre. A voir en pleine saison Nous recommandons cette location.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und komfortabel ausgestattetes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank hat einen richtigen Gefrierschrankteil, so dass genügend Platz für Eis und Tiefkühlartikel ist. Wasserkocher, Toaster und Pürierstab sind ebenso vorhanden wie ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Klimagerät, das man bei Bedarf einschalten kann. Alle Fenster sind mit elektrischen Rollläden versehen. Es gibt WLAN und einen großen Flachbildfernseher, mit dem man viele französische und internationale Sender empfangen kann. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die große ebenerdige Dusche, von der aus man in einen Bambusgarten sehen kann. Im Garten wohnt eine große Schildkrötenfamilie, die sich aber die meiste Zeit des Tages verkriecht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn es Fragen gibt. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, so dass man die Geschäfte und den Strand gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Endreinigung im Haus ist durch den Mieter vorzunehmen, alle Putzmittel und Putzgerät werden gestellt. Wir haben zwei Wochen in Canet verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Domizil sehr genossen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in Véroniques liebevoll gestaltetem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was es braucht, um eine schöne Ferienzeit zu verbringen. Toll ausgestattet! Véronique war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung gegeben. Die 19 Schildkröten im Garten haben uns jeden Tag aufs Neue Freude gemacht beim beobachten. Das einzige, was uns ein bisschen gestört hat: direkt am Garten führt eine teilweise sehr befahrene Straße vorbei, die die friedliche Stimmung bei einem abendlichen Wein auf der Terasse gestört hat. Der Ort selbst (Canet Plage) ist ein typischer Touristenort mit vielen Hotelbunkern, Restaurants usw. Muss man halt mögen.

Süßes Haus in schöner Lage

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Canét-en Roussillon von Véronique empfangen und fanden ein Haus mit allem Notwendigen vor, was man für einen schönen Urlaub in Südfrankreich braucht. Wi-Fi, Klima, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer, Rollläden, Grill. Das Haus liegt zentral - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Promenade, Strand etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Eine kleine Terrasse mit kleinem Garten lädt zur Entspannung ein - alles wunderbar! Schildkrötenliebhaber kommen ganz auf ihre Kosten - das ist einfach toll! Vielen Dank für eine sehr entspannte Zeit!

Location tout confort, très agréable dans un environnement vivant

Propriétaire très accueillante, aux petits soins. Maison tout confort, belle terrasse avec un jardin qui réserve des surprises ! Commerces à proximité, plages et centre ville à 10 minutes à pieds, centre ville vivant, idéal pour toute la famille.
