A Sunny Get-A-Way Awaits you!<br>

This 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa faces the end of the first hole on the White Wing Course in beautiful Rio Verde.
This community is for 55 and over active people.
It has 2 Ensuites and is ideal for two couples or a couple with visiting guests. The bright kitchen is fully equipped
with all you need for your stay. The dining room seats 6-8 and looks out over the living room area through
large sliders to the scenery beyond. There is a cozy honeycomb fireplace in the corner of the living room with ample seating for relaxing or watching your favorite program on tv. Each bedroom is equipped with cable tv.
The outdoor patio is ideal for eating a meal or relaxing while watching the beautiful sunsets. There is an outdoor
fire pit and small charcoal barbecue. The patio itself, faces west, so it is ideal for catching the warmth from the winter sun. The 2 car attached garage allows plenty of space for any additional vehicles.
I rented this property on two different occasions and found it to be inviting and ideal for my 3 month Get- A- Way.
When it came on the market it didn't take me long to decide to purchase it and pass along to other fellow travelers.
I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I have!

Loved our stay!
Perfect location for my wife and me and our friends. Less than 5 minute walk to Honey & Sol for breakfast, the fitness center, the pool and the Club House. Great weather in the 70's and 80's. Played golf and did a day trip down to Tucson and Tombstone. Kitchen had all the gear and spices we needed. The Patio was a great place to watch the sun set before dinner. Highly recommend!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rio Verde. Mary Jean was so prompt in confirming our reservation and answering any questions we had. The condo is lovely and looks out onto the golf course. The area is very quiet. The condo was well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay. A place to return to in the future!

The property was lovely, just as described. It was clean and the garage was a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices, etc. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. We had no problems while staying at the property and would rent again.

Couples get-away
This property was perfect size for two couples. While we didn’t realize it was located in what we consider a 55+ community, we were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our stay taking in some of the amenities the property had to offer! The residents, as were the neighbors on both sides, are very friendly and welcoming! Both of us couples would definitely stay here again and hope to return to the Rio Verde community in the future.

Two weeks out of the snow!
Property was very clean and well equipped. The neighbors we very friendly and accommodating. Rio Verde was a awesome and quiet place. Saw wildlife and the oranges were especially tasty. Highly recommend.

Mid Spring Getaway to Rio Verde
Very quiet neighborhood located directly on the White Wing course at Rio Verde Country Club. Excellent location for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of metro Phoenix, while still enjoying the Valley of the Sun. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property.

Amazing Location
Location, location, location! This cute, little bungalow is set on a golf course with amazing views of the mountains and palm trees in the friendliest neighborhood.. The place was immaculate. Quite a nice surprise as I usually spend the first few hours of most VRBO stays cleaning. Well-equipped kitchen, with knives that actually cut and plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware. The neighbors made us feel right at home. Shout out to Kurt and Annie. The only suggestion (and this may be a personal preference) is to update the beds. The master bed is bone-crushingly rock hard. Will definately be back to the area.

Tastefully decorated with well-equipped kitchen. Nice large patio. So easy to feel right at home. Great neighborhood for walking safely. Loved the lap pool & picklebal courtsl. Owner responded quickly to all questions. Will seriously consider renting again. One complaint: loud furnace.

There was dog hair everywhere—carpet, sofa, sheets, towels, comforters, etc. We were under the impression it was a no pets rental. The sliding glass doors had dog nose marks that had not been washed off. The garage floor was furry, and our rental car floors ended up covered in hair. Long white animal hair

The property was wonderful and extremely convenient to the Community Center, Pool Area and Community Church. There was a minor problem with the TV but an e-mail to Mary Jean was all it took to remedy the situation. If my wife and I ever decide to return to Rio Verde I would definitely try and reserve this property.

been going to rio for 7 years; from the boos butcher block to utensils everything was first class. Only one minor thought, only basic cable...no CNBC, golf channel, espn etc.
