If you are looking for the perfect place for short-term (minimum one month) corporate or seasonal rental, look no more! This first-floor condominium features 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds) and two full bathrooms, fabulous breezes, and friendly neighbors. It is peacefully located in the gated community of Pelican Point along the Indian River directly across from Kennedy Space Center. Spectacular viewing of sunrises and rocket launches from the screened in back porch or even from the living room. Enjoy the heated pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle ball and club house with many social activities. New shopping mall within walking distance (or drive across the street) provides access to a movie theatre, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, Wayback burgers, Pizza @ Titus Landing, Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Pet Supermarket, and more! Cable, Wi-Fi internet, water, and electric included. Washer and dryer on each floor. Minutes from Playalinda beach, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Cocoa Beach. Visit Orlando and attractions within one hour. Smart TV with blue ray DVD player in living room. Smart TV in master. Tenant must read and agree to HOA rules. We love animals, but unfortunately we are not allowing pets at this time in order to provider a clean dander free space for our guests. Minimum of one-month rental. Seasonal rates will apply. Minimum of three-month rental during peak season (Dec-Mar). All prospective tenants are subject to credit/background screening by owner.

Couldn't be any better

The listing doesn't do this condo justice, the view is incredible and the sunrises over the launch pads are amazing. Regular sightings of all sorts of wildlife, dolphins, rays, etc. from right on the back porch. It was very clean and well stocked upon arrival, and the host is very nice and easy to contact. Definitely recommend!

Right on the river!

Perfect Place on the Water

I had a four month work assignment in Titusville and the stay at this condo was absolutely perfect for me! The location was ideal and being on the first floor right on the water was awesome. Beautiful sun and moon rises, dolphins almost daily, and one of the best spots to view the many rockets launched directly across the water from Kennedy Space Center, all from the back screened in porch. The condo was clean and well appointed and had everything I needed including thoughtful touches like a cooler and beach chairs. The uncrowded pool at the condo was a welcome bonus. The communication with Angie was excellent from my very first inquiry all the way through checkout. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place on the water close to shopping, restaurants, and area attractions like Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Canaveral National Seashore.

Great spot

Great views of the river and rocket launches. Right across from shop center and movie theater. Many good restaurants close bye and the beach is also close.

Homey condo

Angie was a great host. She was a very sweet person. The condo was a perfect fit for me, very homey and comforting. The water view and sunrise is amazing, I got to see dolphins every morning.

Great quiet place to relax, get to see dolphins right outside the condo most mornings! And did see one manatee, the owners where awesome made sure I had everything I needed and had all the info I would possibly need right there and available! I will be staying here for sure again in the future.

Peaceful, Beautiful, Best Place to Catch a Launch!

Absolutely the best place to view a launch! Angela went above and beyond to make our 3 month stay the experience of a lifetime! We were able to see 9 launches right on our doorstep with clear views over the river to the NASA assembly building and launch pads! The room was just the size we needed with easy access from US-1. Being on the first floor made getting into the pool, laundry room and general access around so easy. So peaceful and quiet with great neighbors and a being in a gated area made us feel safe. Really made us feel at home. This is the place for you!

Very nice and very clean condo with great view

We stay there for 3 winters months. This was a very nice and very clean condo with a great view of the India River and the Nasa. We saw a few rocket lauch from our veranda ! It was great ! The owners were really nice and make sure that everything was OK. The owners stock the place with all the essential thinks that we needed (lots of toilet paper, tissue, paper towel, soap, and a lot more). Never saw that before when renting. Everything was perfect with this place and the neighbours very friendly. I totally recommend this place and would not hesitate to go back. An extra thank you to the owners who reimbursed us for the nights we were not able to stay because of the coronavirus.

Summer in Titusville

We had a wonderful stay here! The owners were wonderful and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed. The icing on the cake was the great view of the Indian river and the beautiful sunrises!
