Additionally, a fully equipped modern kitchen stands ready to cater to your culinary aspirations.
Ascend to the second floor to discover more delights, including an additional master king bedroom boasting a private bath and jetted tub, a master bedroom with two queen beds and an en-suite bath, and a laundry room for added convenience. An inflatable queen bed and Pack n' Play is available to ensure ample space, making this home an ideal retreat for up to 12 guests. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.
The back patio has a 10,000-pound rated boat lift/dock/davit and a Wave Runner lift, setting the stage for captivating sunsets and playful dolphin and manatee sightings. Indulge in outdoor beauty across 2 levels of decks, fire up the propane grill, savor warmth by the coffee table fire pit, and relish the flexibility of indoor and outdoor dining and lounge spaces. All amenities are provided free of charge.
Guests have full access to the entire home, with remote access entry.
For those seeking adventure, we provide 2 kayaks with life jackets and 4 beach bikes equipped with helmets and locks, as well as an array of beach gear.
While one car can fit in the garage, the driveway can accommodate three cars. Parking is not allowed on the street. No RV’s, trailers of boats are permitted on the driveway.
Pets are allowed upon approval and payment of a $250 pet fee.
If you wish to use the boat lift, please let me know in advance so we can arrange for our marine lift person to speak with you and meet prior to placing the boats or wave runners in the lift. There is a $200 charge to cover his time and you can pay him directly.
Please note that there are no recording devices situated within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.

Compliance with Villa Azule's Regulations for a Secure and Enjoyable Stay:
Your well-being, adherence to local guidelines, and the preservation of the property's integrity are our foremost priorities. Enforcement and associated charges rarely become necessary. We earnestly request that our guests extend due respect to both the property and the neighborhood.
Obligations of the Booking Guest:
As the individual responsible for the booking, please be aware that you must ensure that your guests adhere to all House Rules.
Neighbor Relations and Noise Considerations/ City Ordinance Compliance:
Respect the boundaries of our property and ensure that your guests do not trespass onto our neighbors' premises. In the event of any complaints from neighbors, prompt action will be required on your part, and failure to address the issue may result in you being asked to leave the property.
All guests are expected to adhere to the ordinances of the City of Indian Rocks Beach. A link to the city ordinances can be found in the Guest Manual.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of private property. Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. Note that our property is equipped with a noise-detecting device called NoiseAware, which monitors noise levels in decibels. If prolonged and excessive noise is detected, I will receive an alert and may contact you accordingly to address the situation. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors can lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit and potential eviction. Please refrain from frequent nighttime entrances and exits or activating door lock remotes, as these actions can disturb our neighbors.
Parties and Events:
No parties or events are permitted. The maximum occupancy in the home is 12 people at any given time, both for gatherings and overnight stays. Prior consent is necessary to bring additional guests onto the property.
Smoking:
Smoking or vaping is prohibited within both indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
Fireworks:
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicit approval has been granted. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet applies to approved cases. Pets must remain off furniture and bedding and should be leashed when walked outside. Free roaming by pets on the property is not allowed. Please promptly clean up after your pet and deposit any waste in separate plastic bags before disposing of them in the regular garbage can. Remember to use a liner in the regular garbage can (95-gallon liners are available in the garage on the counter). Bully breeds are not permitted.
Waste Disposal Guidelines:
Regular trash will be picked up by the city on Tuesday and Friday around 6 AM. We hired a service to take the cans to the curb Monday and Thursday evenings after 7 PM. They will place the cans on the side of the house after the city empties them prior to 6 PM. Recycling is picked up on Wednesday morning, and the service will deliver the cans as noted above on Tuesday evening and return them on Wednesday prior to 6 PM.
Miscellaneous Items:
Parcel Deliveries: Amazon has access to the garage for parcel deliveries. If you find any packages left on the front doorstep, kindly place them inside the garage.
Toilet Usage: Please advise your guests not to dispose of tampons or sanitary napkins in the toilet. These items can clog the drain and lead to plumbing issues.
Electric Vehicle Charging: The property is not equipped for guests to charge their electric vehicles. Attempting to do so could damage the electrical system, for which you would be held responsible.
Outdoor Furniture: To thwart issues with seagulls, please cover the outdoor furniture upstairs when it is not in use.
