About this property

TOWNHOME IN THE HEART OF BRECKENRIDGE VILLAGE

A great two-story condo a block away from village center of Breckenridge. The first floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a full kitchen, laundry, and a furnished deck. The second floor has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And there's a pullout couch in the living room.

All the shops and restaurants in Breck are within easy walking distance from this unit. There are free buses that go right by the building to anywhere in the Breckenridge and Dillon area, but everything you need is within easy walking distance. We love to rent bikes at the local bike shops, eat and shop in downtown, ride the free gondola, and much more. You can walk to a local bike shop, rent a bike and ride it downhill to Lake Dillon (where we also like to rent a pontoon boat for the afternoon), then leave your bikes there for the rental shop to pick up and ride the free bus back to Breck - minimal uphill biking and a beautiful ride along the creek. We also have a great time riding the free gondola up to the huge fun center open on the mountain, or taking an additional chair ride to the top of Breck to follow the nature trail or climb the rock climbing wall.

If you want to get out to do even more, Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as several passes over the Continental Divide are also a short drive away.

Wonderful stay

We came in summer so don't know how it would be for skiing but we loved it and will most certainly book again. Close to downtown but away from the crowds. Walked to everything, even a grocery was over one block. Nicest place we've booked so far and we have come for 3 summers.

We love to go to Breckenridge in the winter and in the summer. One of our daughters lives in Breck so we drop by several times a year to see her and to enjoy all that Breck has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We love that this property is right next to the village. Restaurants, bike shops, fun shops, parks, the gondola, and much more are just a short walk away. We also love that the unit feels like a home since it is on two levels and has it's own private entrance and deck.

What makes this property unique

Easy walk to all that Breck has to offer.
