Beautiful Southpoint oceanfront condo unit 310 in a secure building within beach walking distance of oceanside North Turn restaurant, less than 3 miles to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and close to Daytona Beach international airport. Our fully equipped condo includes a heated pool, king size bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, a pull-out sofa, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, wine glasses, and a blender. There's a television in each room along with free high-speed internet access.

Great property in a great location. Not a lot of people surrounding the beach. Little low on cleaning supplies and had to purchase our own. Not a bad deal as it sits right on the beach with gorgeous views.

Thanksgiving at Ponce

Came from the Ohio Valley to spend the holiday at the beach. Condo was well set up for our family, plenty of space at the dinner table and seating for watching a little football. Kitchen worked well for the cooking we needed to do. Easy beach access, and spent a lot of our downtime sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Location was great, a quieter area than Daytona Beach itself but still easy access if that's what you're looking for. A perfect fit for our vacation.

Much needed family vacation

The whole process was very easy and went smoothly! The property was exactly as pictured, no surprises! There were even beach chairs and boogie boards in the condo. Thank you! The unit itself was very clean and spacious. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our group and we had plenty of space. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again. Perfect location!

This condo is in the perfect location within walking distance to our favorite restaurant. And that view....all I can say is WOW! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and Ken was very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Excellent condo! Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location with a fantastic view. Beautiful sunrises and dolphins playing. Only downside of our stay was construction and updating which will ultimately improve the next stay. We would definitely stay here again. :)

My family and I had a great stay at this condo in Ponce Inlet. The condo was very clean and provided everything that you would need for a beach vacation. This is our second time at this condo and we plan to book it for future trips to Florida!

The location of this property is amazing! The balcony was our favorite place. The view was amazing and it was very private. We walked to the North Turn on two occasions and had the best time. I can't wait to go back!
