New house, with 4 suites, well equipped, swimming pool, and a fabulous view over the River Minho, very comfortable and beautiful. It is located close (600 meters) to the center of Vila Nova de Cerveira. An old city, with history, culture, 20 km from the famous Moledo beach. The ideal place for holidays, close to Spain, the beautiful city of Vigo and Tui. It is close to the beach. river (Marina), countryside, tennis courts, golf, is an area with very good cuisine and a pleasant climate

An excellent place rented by great people
After Vrbo cancelled our booked accommodation for this trip we had to pivot and book alternative accommodation, thats when when we found Anas place. The house is fantastic, the area was beautiful, super quiet yet easy to get to all the local attractions. Truth is we just wanted somewhere to relax and it was ideal. I also can't thank Ana enough for coping so thoughtfully with our short notice booking, next time we are in this part of the world we'd happily stay here again. Thank you Pietro & Vicki

Estupenda casa
La casa está ubicada en un paraje espectacular, con unas maravillosas vistas al Miño (que allí escriben Minho). El interior es amplio, con un salón gigante con cristalera que da directamente a la zona de la piscina. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Absolutamente recomendable.

La casa es espectacular, cuidado diseño y muy funcional. Estaban esperando iniciar unas obras para arreglar problemas de mantenimiento.

Vue exceptionnelle
Maison avec de tres beaux volumes,vue exceptionnelle. Acceuil de la proprietaire un peu froid mais reactive face aux problemes ( eau chaude, piscine ) Par contre ,il faut tout prevoir: pas de sel, pas d huile ,ni pastille vaisselle,café, frigo vide...equipements un peu vetustes ,mais vaisselle suffisante. Cerveira est très jolie , on peut s y rendre a pieds meme si c est un peu sportif.

Preciosa casa aunque con mejoras
Casa muy bonita y cómoda, todas las habitaciones con baño y bonitas vistas, salón muy agradable para estar con amigos. Como defectos, diría que no tuvimos wifi y que el agua de la ducha de dos de los baños tardaba más de 5 min en salir caliente, y en los otros dos con muy poca fuerza. En definitiva, muy buena estancia pero algo subido de precio para no estar todo perfecto. Ana Paula muy amable en todo momento

Fantastisch uitzicht!!
Heerlijke ruime villa met fijne sfeer, adembenemend uitzicht vanaf het grote terras en vanuit het ruime privé zwembad. Goede bedden in grote slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Heerlijk donkere zonwering waardoor ook de kinderen lang uit sliepen! Helaas vonden we het niet super schoon. De gebruikte schoonmaakspullen lagen bij aankomst heel slordig nog op het aanrecht. De verhuurders bleken op het afgesproken incheck tijdstip nog een aantal klusjes te moeten doen, zoals vouwgordijnen repareren. Zij vonden dit zelf ook niet handig. De communicatie met hen verliep overigens steeds zeer vlot, bijvoorbeeld toen we later in de week door een storing van het waterbedrijf ruim 12uur zonder water zaten. Het zwembadwater was minder schoon dan in onze vorige accommodatie en ook zaten er wel erg veel steentjes los of ontbraken, waardoor 2 van ons gezin vervelende wondjes opliepen door scherpe hoeken. Er waren bijvoorbeeld ook geen vuilniszakken in de afvalbakken of een schoon vaatdoekje. Wel een paar vaatwasblokjes, koffiecups en kruiden. Het duurde steeds erg lang voordat er warm water uit de kraan kwam, zeker als je meerdere badkamers tegelijk gebruikte. Al met al een supermooie week gehad op een hele fijne plek, die alleen naar ons gevoel qua afwerking en hospitality wel wat verbetering kan gebruiken, zeker voor deze prijs.

Ausgezeichnetes Ruhedomizil in Traumlage
Sehr schönes und elegantes Haus mit phantastischer Aussicht. Einrichtung sehr gut. Teile der Küchenausstattung und Terrassenmöbel sollten jedoch der ansonsten ansprechenden und hochwertigen Ausstattung angepasst werden. Daher insgesamt 'nur' eine 4,8!
