Just off the cobblestone-paved East Hall Street, 320 East is situated amongst a row of newly constructed town homes. After parking your vehicle safely and securely towards the back, guests enter into the wide open living area. With ample seating for the whole family and a smartTV, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out.

Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms. The first is the primary bedroom with King size bed and en suite bath. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with basketweave marble tile floors and modern light fixtures.

The second guest room features a Queen size bed and hanging closet, while the third has two bunk beds: the first with two singles, and the second with a single and bottom double. Beautiful house super convenient location!

House was perfect - super clean, nice touches, and nicely decorated. The location is amazing - you can walk to so many parks and a beautiful walk through town if you are trying to get river street. Would absolutely recommend!

Relaxing Family Getaway

Girls Trip

This home was perfect! There was more than enough space for the 7 of us. The home was even bigger than the photos make it look. Location was great - coffee place and grocery store directly across the street. Forsyth park was a 10 min walk and River Street was about a 30 min walk. The only minor issues were the kitchen sink had trouble draining and we were given the wrong check in code for the lockbox so I had to call the office but was given a new code right away so it was resolved quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

It was not clean in general. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Marble countertops were not taken care of. We also saw cockroaches on the lower level. 😕 The location was great. The neighbors were very nice.

Perfect Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this location for my sisters bachelorette party. There were 7 of us and the house fit everyone comfortably. The location was great. A few minutes walk to Forsyth park and the trolley. It was a little longer than we thought to walk to river street... about 27-30 minutes. Ubers were always available. There’s a coffee shop right on the corner and Starbucks across the street in the supermarket. Loved sitting on the porch drinking our coffee. This location also had all your needs, linens, towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Great place to stay in Savannah!

Savannah Spring Break

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely, spacious, and very centrally located. There were only a few minor things that I feel like could have made it even better. There were some broken blinds in the rooms that we had to improvise with covering the window with a comforter for privacy . The kitchen was missing a few items, such as only one dish towel, no large pasta strainer, no trivets, or Tupperware for left overs. Other than these few somewhat minor things, I would definitely recommend this home for families. We will most likely be returning for another stay here somewhere in the future.

Savannah Stay

Great location, only 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park. I think the home furnishings are a little worn. King bed and queen bed very uncomfortable. Floor was petty dirty, our 2 year old was walking around with no socks and his feet were filthy. Those with socks were dirty as well.

I loved how easy Lucky Savannah was to work with as well - they were able to accommodate a late check out which was super helpful and were very responsive when I was having trouble opening the lockbox.

Beautiful Place!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the nights leading up to my wedding and it was the perfect space for us. The bunkbeds were so useful! The main living space and master bedroom were perfect for the morning of the wedding photos. Perfect location! Would definitely love to stay here again :)

Long weekend getaway

Location was in a great neighborhood. Near SCAD and Forsyth Park. Kroger across the street. Bonus was a Mate / coffee shop on the corner. New construction with old style feel. Hardwood floors, great high ceilings and modern full size baths and kitchen. Off street private parking too.

Clean Modern home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean and modern. I saw another review stating there weren't enough towels or washcloths, there were plenty for us! A set on each bed. The only downside to this space is the bunk bedroom. It is TINY and literally has the beds in the room and that's all. There is a closet in the corner. The beds aren't the same as in the pictures. They are however very sturdy!!! One of my adult children opted to sleep on the couch rather than one of the bunk beds because all but the one bigger one just seemed too dark and closed in. Maybe if the room was bigger, it would have bee different. We did visit the Kroger once and it was a disaster! Even though it's literally across the street, I wouldn't recommend it! We also has an issue with the gate not opening. the rental company had to contact the HOA and we were told it could not be repaired during our stay. Thankfully we weren't stuck trying to get out when that happened. We did have to park on the street that night. Also saw a neighbor that told us it acts up sometimes and the gate was fine.

Lovely stay

The finishes were nice, including the kitchen appliances. Location was perfect for walking to the grocery store, coffee, restaurants, etc. Ample pantry space in kitchen to store groceries. I hate when we go to a rental and they fill every single space, forcing you to have to store groceries all over the counter. Loved the ambient lighting options with the table lamps everywhere!Great water pressure and full bathrooms were very nice. The not so good:Sink in lower half bath needs repair - no longer attached to the wall properly and is wonky/wobbly. This bathroom door lock also doesn’t work. Remote to tv in queen bedroom missingNo baking/cookie sheet to be found in the kitchen (which was problematic when we had planned to oven bake something and found we couldn’t due to lack of supplies). Very minimal stocking in the kitchen...-Ziplocks and foil would be nice-No spices or cooking oils at all. S&P at least would have been nice-Extra kitchen towel would have been nice. We were only given one for both hands and drying dishes, which is a bit unsanitary. King bed made with wrong sheets (too small) but this was remedied quickly when I texted the number provided. Parking gate quit working while we were there. Messaged and got no response but it got fixedStreet racing at night on the weekend that was very loud. We didn’t notice at all on weeknights, but it was an issue on Friday and Saturday nights. Thankfully we brought white noise machines, which helped drown it out. Overall I would absolutely stay here again but would really like to see the kitchen get a few additions. The house was SO beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome VRBO!

We had a fantastic experience in Savannah! The VRBO was centrally located, and we walked almost everywhere. The area felt safe, and there was a great coffee shop across the street. The host was extremely easy to communicate with, and they stored our bags for us when we checked out. The house was clean and beautifully renovated. We would all love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay
