We are a young local family who work and live in Salmon Arm. During the winter months we scout out new faraway adventures. In the spring and fall we spend our time camping in BC, Alberta and the northern USA and during the summer we retreat to the shores of the sunny Shuswap to live in our mini teardrop trailer and open our house up to guests.
Why they chose this property
You will enjoy access to over 1500 square feet on the upper level of our open concept - 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The space features heated floors in the master bath, air conditioning throughout, gas fireplace, TV+ Netflix, complimentary WIFI & beautiful fenced back yard with patio & BBQ + small front porch seating area. Property backs onto short nature trail that provides added green space.
