About this property

Kudos for this apartment at the foot of the old castle in Annecy

Reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday only.

Apartment completely renovated in the historic district of Annecy. It consists of an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed also. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it has been rated 3 stars. The kitchen is equipped fully with dishwasher, washing machine and multifunction oven. It is on the 4th and last floor of the building. You can admire the castle of the bearing and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the bedroom window. Its location allows you to enjoy all the benefits of the city without using your car. The station is 5 minutes walk and you are 100 meters from the lake. All shops and the market (Sunday, Tuesday and Friday) are at the foot of the building. The apartment is equipped with an internet connection in WiFi and it is rented with a private parking space (maximum vehicle height: 200 cm and maximum width 190 cm). If your vehicle is most imposing you also have the option to park in public places inside the park (free). Linen is included in the price (bed and bath towels).
All charges are included (water and electricity included) in the rent
For the household you have the opportunity to do it yourself if there is a package for 40 €.
A security deposit of 300 € against possible damages will be asked on the day of your arrival and will be returned to you the day of your departure.
The deposit can be paid cash (cash) or through a check that is not cashed.

très bon séjour

Le logement est très agréable et lumineux., et correspond à l'annonce en tout point. Le propriétaire est très serviable. Juste dommage de ne pas avoir pu obtenir une couverture supplémentaire.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine à Annecy dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans la rue piétonne des magasins,du marché et des bar restaurants . A même pas 10min à pied du lac , idéal pour se balader et faire les activités proposées, a moins de 5min de la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du lac. L appartement est fonctionnel, la cuisine bien équipée, la literie confortable . Le soucis c est la chaleur pour dormir, l appartement étant au 4e et dernier étage (préparez vos cuisses :) ) donc sous les toits il fait très chaud , les ventilateurs aident un peu mais un peu dur de s endormir La place de parking a moins de 10min a pied est également appréciable mais la côte pour y arriver est bien raide Je recommande totalement cet appartement où nous avons passé une très bonne semaine

Über den Dächern von Annecy

Hübsche, kleine, offene Wohnung unter der Dachschräge (4. Etage, für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind, weniger geeignet). Küche und sanitäre Anlage zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wlan funktioniert tadellos. Lage hervorragend mitten in der Altstadt. Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert.

Appartement très bien situé, pas besoin de se déplacer avec la voiture, commerces, restaurants et lac à proximité. Logement très bien équipé, calme de jour comme de nuit. Au plaisir d'y retourner !

appartement agréable et bien entretenu

Bel appartement, très propre et bien situé. Le marché est au pied de l'appartement ainsi que beaucoup de restaurants. C'est agréable d'avoir tout a porté de main. Le propriétaire est accueillant, il donne quelques conseils pour le séjour. Je recommande cette location pour les vacances.

Très bien situé. Propriétaire très gentil et disponible. Dans une rue piétonne et près du lac. Toutes commodités à pied tout près. Nous recommandons fortement et nous y retournerons.

Zeer centraal gelegen en comfortabel

Dit appartement is heel centraal gelegen in de oude stad. Op een steenworp van het meer.Zeer gezellige buurt.Het appartement was perfect voor ons gezin van 4. Alle comfort was aanwezig. Een aanrader!

Mitten im alten Annecy

Sehr sympatischer Gastgeber. Eine perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mitten im Herzen von Annecy. See in 3 Minuten erreichbar, Brasserien und Restaurants direkt in der kleinen Straße, mit dem Fahrrad bequem und sicher auch Ausflüge am See entlang machen, IDEAL! Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich zentral gelegen und absolut empfehlenswert!

sejour d'une semaine a annecy

logement très bien situé , tous les commerces sont a proximité . Chambres un peu petites . Le fait qu'elles soient mansardées rend ces pièces étouffantes .

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Mr GABZDYL lors de notre arrivée et de son fils pour notre départ. L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce : très fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre. Beau séjour!

Très confortable pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Très bien équipé. Au cœur du vieil Annecy, en plein dans l'action du marché et de toutes les attractions. Situé au 4ième étage, tranquille malgré la proximité de l'animation qui se déroule juste en bas. Je le recommande et j'y retournerais sans hésitations.
