luxury apartment, south exposure, large 2 room apartment of 60 m2 plus a very large terrace of 20m2 with breathtaking sea views in a prestigious residence located in the city center. The sea view is panoramic with a view of Cap d'Antibes, the Lérins Islands and the Palm Beach of Cannes. The apartment has been completely refurbished recently. It is composed of an entrance hall with cupboard and a guest toilet fitted with a hand basin; a spacious living room with a living room with high-end rapido sofa bed offering a real bed of 200x160 with mattress 14 cm thick, designer decoration (Roset line) library, TV cabinet, desk and dining room for 4; a bedroom (with large fitted cupboards fitted with mirror) also opening onto the terrace; it is composed of a king size bed offering a bed of 160 x 200 bed from which you can enjoy a full sea view; this room has a double bay window ensuring total soundproofing of the room at night; presence of a wall-mounted flat screen TV in the bedroom; a new, independent white lacquered kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and nespresso machine and electric coffee maker; a room bathroom completely refurbished with marble including furniture with basin, bath with shower, suspended toilet. The whole apartment (kitchen living room and bedroom) gives, thanks to large bay windows, on a very large terrace of 9m x 2.6m welcoming a lounge with a large table and 5 armchairs as well as a rolling table
The apartment is air conditioned, located on the 5th floor and has free wifi for you; a closed garage is included in the parking in the basement of the residence. A concierge is on the ground floor and the residence is monitored at night by a security company. Please note that all household linen (kitchen, bathroom and beach) is provided to you at no additional cost. On your departure the clean apartment must be returned clean (apartment + terrace + bay windows). For this end-of-stay cleaning, you will give 50 € in cash to the person who welcomes you on the day of your arrival.

Wohnung in Toplage mit Meerblick

Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit spektakulärem Meerblick. Das können wir nur bestätigen. Und die abgeschlossene große Garage im UG ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Bett leider, nur 1,60 m breit, war sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Wohnung in Toplage mit Meerblick

Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober hier. Der Balkon mit Seaview war ein Highlight, aber auch sonst war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet (Garage im UG) und gemütlich, auch zentral gelegen. Als Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung top. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert.

Unclean apartment in top location

The property and location is great, the view is fantastic and the garage is a big bonus. The apartment could have been so nice if the cleaning hadn’t been so bad. Sandy floors, really dirty kitchen, towels with really bad smell, so sad that a nice apartment isn’t taken care of better.

Fabulous apartment not to be missed

Fabulous condo not to be missed great location gorgeous view. Easy to get to parking. Good size apartment. Extra bathroom. I have stayed in many VRBO apartment in French Riviera but nothing like that is very comfortable airy and secure. The kitchen has more then you need for a one bedroom apartment. The only replacement will be to get a larger bed. The bed was very comfortable but we American use to a queen size bed or king size. Yes will be back time and time again. For the first time when we closed then left after a week we said we truly going to miss the place.

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Appartement très bien situé (proche des commerces et de la plage) avec une belle vue sur la mer qui demanderait cependant un rafraichissement. Dommage que le ménage à l'arrivée laissait à désirer !!!!

Cet appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos de l'annonce: lumineux, spacieux,très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse et une magnifique vue sur la mer dans un immeuble de grand standing. A recommander!!!

Excellent apartment in the heart of Juan les Pins, with a superb view from the ample terrace directly overlooking La Baigneuse and the sea beyond. Instant relaxation! The entrance to the apartment block exudes quality and security. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Central to beach, shops, and restaurants. 3 mins walk to the train station. Very responsive and helpful owner. Would certainly hope to return.

Tout était parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Très beau 2 pièces avec une grande terrasse et une vue magnifique sur la mer, il faut juste traverser la rue pour aller à la plage Très central et très bien équipé, dans un luxueux immeuble. Le top à Juan les pins Très bons échanges par mail avec le propriétaire. On espère bien revenir! .

PERFECT APARTMENT

We have stayed in many apartments in Juan Les Pins over the past 20 years, this is by far the best yet. The location is perfect. The flat is spacious and spotless with large patio doors leading directly on to the massive balcony from both the bedroom and living room. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Can’t wait till next time.

Sehr schön, vor allem die zentrale Lage direkt am Strand!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war tipptopp in Ordnung, die Tiefgarage ist ein absolutes Highlight, da die Parksituation in JLP sehr schwierig ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter hat wunderbar geklappt. Alles bestens!

Fantastic location

A spacious, modern apartment in fantastic location for the beach which is across the road, good soundproofing, a/c and high enough for beautiful sea views. Just a stroll to shops, restaurants, supermarket, bus and trains too! Thank you we had a wonderful week and look forward to returning.

Great location

Gracious and helpful owner. Wonderful location of the apartment. It is extremely comfortable and has everything that you need in a vacation home. Waking up to the view of the Mediterranean each morning is a beautiful sight. Can't wait to return. We had a wonderful time.

Appartement idéal pour les vacances

Appartement très bien situé (proche de la gare, face mer, proches des commerces alimentaires et du centre ville festif) et surtout très propre et fonctionnel. La terrasse - très agréablement ombragée - est une pièce à part entière du logement Accueil très sympathique, le gardien sur place est également très serviable. Petit bémol, il n'y a pas de double vitrage dans le salon où il est possible de dormir dans le canapé lit. Assez bruyant le soir. La literie du canapé est très bonne par contre la literie dans la chambre était un peu trop souple à mon goût. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great apartment with a fabulous location!

The apartment was perfectly located (no car required), and very well presented. Communication with the owner was excellent and the arrangements all worked perfectly. I am looking forward to rebooking again very soon!
