Un peu déçus
Si l'appartement est assez grand et bien situé avec un bon matelas c'est un peu tout ce qu'on peut retenir ! En effet, pour notre arrivée, pas d'accueil. Tout s'est passé par mail et par sms alors que les propriétaires demeurent sur place !! On ne les a jamais vu et pour cause : le patio !! Il serait bon que les propriétaires renouvellent les photos !! Il ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos. C'est un patio pas propre avec un tuyau et un nettoyeur haute pression qui traînent sur le sol. De plus, trois moteurs fixés au mur raisonnent en permanence !! On ne vous dit pas que l'appartement se situe juste au dessus des restaurants et que vous avez les odeurs de barbecue midi et soir autant dans le patio que dans l'appartement ! Donc un patio inutilisable alors que nous avions choisi cette location pour le patio ! On peu signaler également un grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas, une machine à café sale,le fond de la poubelle était sale ainsi que certains ustensiles de cuisine. Les robinets sont mal fixés ! La poignée de porte (salle de bain/ toilette) qui ne fonctionne pas. Nous rajoutons une douche à peine propre et pas très accueillante avec un savon qui trainait, une brosse à dent et une raclette sur le sol ! Il y a un balais mais il n'y a pas pelle ! Vous pouvez apporter des vélos mais pour sortir vous devez passer entre les tables des restaurants ! Ce n'est pas très agréable. De plus l'escalier est jonché de cartons et d'objets en tout genre ! Vraiment déçus !!!

Accueil très chaleureux, appartement très bien situé et confortable. Le patio est un vrai plus.
Maria vous accueille très chaleureusement, appartement bien équipé. On peut se garer facilement à 300m au parking public et ensuite tout faire à pied dans la Cité Médiévale ou dans la Bastide St Louis jusqu'au Canal du Midi. Nombreux petits restaurants ou bar à tapas à proximité.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au pied de la cité médiévale dans cet appartement très bien situé et très bien rénové, doté d’un charmant petit patio. Une mention particulière à Maria, la courtoisie et la gentillesse de son accueil nous ont particulièrement marqués. À recommander !!!!

Lovely apartment in a lovely city
A stylish and well appointed apartment in a great location. Stephanie is polite and helpful. There are some great restaurants nearby and a lovely patisserie. Check out the wine bar nearby. First class.

Nous avons passé 1 très bon séjour à Carcassonne dans "le patio de Maria" L'emplacement est vraiment top nous avons pu faire la cité et la bastide à pieds. Maria est très avenante. An absolute gem in the city
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for two days, It was actually better than described on the website and Maria was lovely and very helpful. It is perfectly positioned for both the Cite and the Bastide with a boulangerie on the doorstep. Maria has provided a illy coffee machine with coffee pods for her guests, so fresh coffee and warm croissants for breakfast, a great start to the day. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit Carcassone and would hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

A top site, a top place.
My wife & I spent a great week in Carcassonne, the accomodation was very good, just as HomeAway described it. Maria & her family were very helpful & very nice, we rented her garage for the week which was most convienient. The flats location, being midway between the old city & the Bastide, was very good and there were bars, restaurants & a boulangerie just outside the front door. This is a location that I would recommend to my friends.

un excellent gite pour visiter Carcassonne
Dès l'arrivée vous vous sentez chez vous. Un super accueil de Maria. Le gite est très agréable, tres tres bien équipé, et idéalement bien placé au pied de la cité. La ville basse reste tres accessible par le pont vieux qui est à 2 minutes. Que demander de plus? l'ambiance, la déco de la maison toute entiere vous laisse sous le charme. N'hesitez pas !!

Días inolvidables en Carcassonne.
Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en Carcassonne. Y parte de culpa de ese bien estar la tiene María y su apartamento. María ha sido amable desde el primer momento. Siempre dispuesta a ayudar y orientarnos para llegar por el mejor camino a su ciudad. El apartamento está muy bien situado, a unos pocos minutos.de La Cité, es una calle tranquila. No echamos de menos nada en este apartamento. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Repetiríamos de nuevo. Aunque es perfecto para dos personas nosotros fuimos 4 y estuvimos muy bien. Gracias por todo María.

Mejor imposible
Desde el principio la experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La contestación a los correos ha sido inmediata. La amabilidad de María exquisita. Nos envío un correo con fotos para acceder por la parte más bonita de la ciudad. A todas nuestras solicitudes ha contestado con eficacia. La estancia en el apartamento ha sido muy buena. Perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos y muy cerca de La Cité. En fin, hemos quedado encantados.

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement idéalement placé, bien équipé, aménagé avec goût et dans lequel on se sent bien. Et les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous vous recommandons cette location.
