Luxury Family Private Pool Villa (Sep 2018) - Hua Hin, Thailand. Peaceful environment beside police station and immigration office. Overlooking spectacular background of gorgeous mountains. Main advantage is the big garden with pool and terrace.

air condition is installed in all rooms.
Guest access
You will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you will need.
Interaction with guests
You will receive the key from the management office on site. I will not be around during your stay at the villa, but our management staff is there to help and you can reach me all the time during your stay via chat application or on the phone.
Other things to note
**The rental price is not include electricity.**
Electricity charge is 7 THB/kWh and Water is 60 THB/M3.
In average, a group of 6-8 people is around 300-500 per day depending on how heavy the usage is.
Energy saving is for the sake of our world :)
The bed linens can be changed during your stay with extra charge.
The house cleaning during the stay is on request with extra charge.
