In Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this house has been fully renovated in 2015 (natural stone, external insulation, etc.) in the middle of olive trees. It is ideally located with views of the valley, 5 minutes on foot from the village centre, the wine cellars and the shops and at the edge of the countryside and the Châteauneuf wine-growing region. There is a large living space, 3 bedrooms (sleep 7), a bathroom (separate toilet), a garden, a terrace and a pool. It is close to Avignon, Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine and the Luberon and 1 h from the sea.

Maximale Privacy en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Waar zal ik beginnen, als eerst het zeer aangename en persoonlijke ontvangst door Anna en haar dochter. Er stond al een fles champagne koud en werden als welkom ook nog eens verrast met vers fruit, een fles sap en een mooi fles rode wijn uit Chateauneuf du pape. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en hebben genoten van het verkoelende zwembad (geen overbodige luxe bij 38 graden) Ook is de gerenoveerde woning voorzien van Airconditioning, WiFi, ruime- en moderne badkamer en een complete keuken. (Incl. alle benodigdheden, zelfs koffie, aluminium folie ect.) Ook beschikt de woning over een eigen parkeergarage met daarboven een mooi en ruim terras met uitzicht op de bergen en de Rhône. Het huis is gelegen op 10 min. lopen van het centrum van Chateauneuf met o.a. een kleine supermarkt, bakker en diverse restaurants en wijnwinkels uiteraard. Vanuit Chateauneuf du pape ben je in 20 min in Avignon en met 40 min. bij de Mont Ventoux. Wij komen zekerheid een keer terug voor de rust en mooie omgeving.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape

The house was perfect for our first trip to the region! Its a short walk from supermarkets and restaurants. The hosts provided everything we needed and were available at all times to answer our questions very quickly. The house has all necessary amenities, lot's of outdoor space and a lovely pool. On arrival the hosts had champagne, rose and water in the fridge and some snacks too. Such a lovely gesture! It’s definitely been one of our favourite holidays so far, and would definitely recommend it to others!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans cette belle maison, confortable et très bien équipée. Très proche du bourg, ce qui est bien pratique, dans un très beau cadre et une très belle nature environnante. L’accueil des propriétaires est exceptionnel, de gentillesse, d’efficacité et de bons conseils.

Deux semaines parfaites !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Chateauneuf. La maison est bien placée, très propre, très bien équipée, rien ne manque. La tranquillité est de mise, la vue est magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été fait par Anne et son mari, qui sont des hôtes d'une grande gentillesse. Si nous devons à nouveau nous rendre dans la région nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce petit coin de paradis !

Zeer verzorgde , complete villa

De villa is zeer verzorgd en compleet. Op wandelafstand zijn er verschillende restaurants en winkels. De eigenaars , Anne en Patrick, zijn heel vriendelijk en bij het inchecken zorgen zij voor heel wat lekkers.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans cette maison.Tout le monde est ravi. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes, ils sont chaleureux, d'une extrême gentillesse tout en restant discret. Nous avons apprécié les boissons fraîches, la corbeille de fruits....Chaque petit détail est pensé pour nous être agréable dès notre arrivée. La maison est bien agencée, bien équipée, très propre,rien ne manque. Superbe piscine dont nous avons bien profité, pas de vis à vis, environnement calme, belle vue depuis la terrasse. Une belle région à découvrir, pleins de choses à faire pour les grands comme pour les petits. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Encore Merci à Anne et Patrick d'avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Séjour inoubliable dans une maison tous conforts et idéalement située

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison rénovée récemment avec beaucoup de goût et bénéficiant de tout l'équipement nécessaire . L'environnement est très calme, la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et la piscine a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. La maison est idéalement située à l'entrée du très joli village de Chateauneuf du Pape ( les amateurs de bon vin n'auront pas assez d'une semaine pour faire le tour de l'ensemble des domaines) et sa localisation permet de visiter de très beaux sites et villages du Gard et du Vaucluse. Mention particulière pour Anne, propriétaire de la maison qui est une personne charmante et très attentive au bon déroulement du séjour de ses locataires. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison!

Parfait !

Pretty In Provence

This pretty villa is clean, modern, and comfortable. Natural sunlight streams in through its large windows. Amenities include a fridge, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, k-cup type coffee maker, and washing machine. The shower area has been redone in an Italian spa-like luxe design. Outside, a stone terrace with two separate sitting areas and an outdoor grill overlook a large sparkling pool with chaise lounges and beyond views of the French countryside and vineyards. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our thoughtful hosts, Anne and Patrick, provided us with fresh fruit, biscuits, jam, orange juice, champagne, and wine. To paraphrase the Beatles, ‘lavender fields forever!’ Maria

Idyllic Wine country escape!

Anna's property in Chateauneuf is wonderful! Anna arrived promptly and provided fresh local strawberries, a bottle of local wine, and breakfast for the next morning. We also traveled with a little one and she provided a crib and high chair. The house was clean and modern and the pool was great! We spent multiple afternoons having snacks on the patio and swimming in the pool. The walk to town is really fast and the private car park was very secure. We loved our stay and would highly recommend a trip to Chateauneuf and a stay with Anna!

Wonderful villa

Anne, Patrick and family were very helpful to us and are lovely. We had fruit, wine and champagne on arrival. We stayed for a month and it was great..pool was always clean..able to have sheets changed and so on. It is private with beautiful outdoor spaces. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. We often had 4 adults at the villa. Their location is great..so close to Avignon, Orange, and easy one hour or less drives to Marseille, Nimes.Cote du Rhone areas. The town is small but has wonderful restaurants and people like our hosts. Exceptional rental!!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette belle maison. Cet endroit est idéal pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Provence : à maximum 1/2 h de voiture, beaucoup de visites peuvent être faites. La maison est très fonctionnelle, avec tout le confort moderne bien appréciable (clim, ...) et la piscine très agréable. Elle est située en bord de village sans vis-à-vis, mais ce dernier est accessible à pied (5 minutes) et permet donc facilement une petite course à la boulangerie, par exemple. Dernier point et non des moindres, les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants. Un endroit à recommander !

Wonderful villa

We have just finished an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. The villa was set in a peaceful locations five minutes from the village. There were wonderful views and the pool was lovely. The villa was clean and well equipped for our family of five. The villas owners are such lovely thoughtful people who made us feel welcome. On our arrival they had stocked up on juice, tea, coffee, bread and champagne! The villa has everything you need and is pleasantly decorated. If we were to visit this area again would definitely stay there. I highly recommend this villa.

Au top!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits avec des amis et nous avons été super bien accueillis. Anne et sa famille sont aux petits soins, toujours présents, à l'écoute et soucieux de notre bien être durant notre court séjour. La maison est très bien située, ultra confortable et parfaitement aménagée. L'endroit idéal pour passer un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Week end très agréable

Accueil très sympathique, propriétaire discret. La maison est refaite à neuve le mobilier est choisi avec goût et nous avons même eu des boissons fraiches à notre arrivée. La maison est idéalement située proche du centre de Châteauneuf du Pape mais sans aucun vis-à-vis et avec une superbe vue. Malheureusement nous sommes restés trop peu pour gouter les joies de la piscine. Location à recommander et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Une très belle région à découvrir mais également des propriétaires très accueillant et sympathique. Disponibles et discrets. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux (boissons fraîches et corbeille de fruits...) et plein de gentillesse... Maison neuve, moderne et propre : la literie est parfaite... Superbe piscine, zéro vis-à-vis. Bref, tout était parfait
