The apartment has everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It's all very new to the apartment and the bone block public areas.
It is very spacious has 100 square meters plus 20 square meters of private terrace, the also very spacious communal areas connected by elevators, which you upload directly from the garage to the apartment.
It has a communal terrace with over 200 square meters is accommodated with pool and BBQ or electric iron,
Also has bathrooms on the terrace to avoid qu down to the floor when using the pool or terrace, the terrace is always open, you will be given a key to enter as you please.
The terrace has stunning views com seen in the photos, the bay of the horseshoe to the mountains and the village.
The apartment has a very good distribution.
It has on one side along with the living room and lounge with terrace wing allowing be cooking or eating in the lounge or on the terrace and be with family kitchen,
It also has bathroom in the master bedroom allowing the couple intimacy with repect to the family to be the other bedrooms on the other side of the apartment which also has its bathroom apart from each other to have them also privacy.
The private terrace of 20 sqm with great views of the town and Horseshoe Highlands for a family meal and very good temperature on the floor being raised is a very cool floor.

Très bel appartement avec facilités garage

Très bon contact avec Francisco. Appartement conforme à la description en très bon état. Beau balcon orienté Ouest avec vu sur la ville et les reliefs. Terrasse commune en toiture mais piscine pas en eau au mois de mai. Vu magnifique sur toute côte. Le plus est le garage en sous sol avec accès à l appartement par ascenseur. Très bon séjour. Merci

Big apartment and all we neded

This apartment is really amazing. 3 very nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A kitchen with everything we needed and best of all a BIG balcony with sun in the afternoon and eavning. Everything in both the apartment and the rest of the building was clean and in good condition. We loved it. We had our car and it was easy with the private parking and elevator. Francisco is a helpfull host. He showed us everything the day we moved in. We spend a lot of time in La Herradura every winter, and this is the nicest apartment we have lived in so far. We will recomed this for all. And especially perfect for families

Viel Luft nach oben

Die Adresse stimmt nicht bekommt man auch vom Vermieter. Hatte vorher schon von oben den Pool gesehen daher war es leicht Das Sofa ist durchgessen, abgenutzt und dreckig habe eine Schranktür untergelegt. Pfannen und Ceranfeld stark verkratzt. Ehebett 180x130 !!?? Keine oder defekte Sonnenliegen bez. Auflagen wurden aber vom Vermieter angepriesen. Besonders schlimm die Lage der Wohnung, umgeben von sehr vielen Hunde dauerndes Gebell. Tag und Nacht. Man schaut vom Balkon auf voll geschi...ne Terrassen. Ohne Auto ein Problem Höhenunterschied auf dreihundert Meter vom Strand zur Wohnung fast Hundert Meter da trägt man keine Einkäufe über zweihundert Stufen + Steigungen. Anwohner mögen wohl keine Touristen haben uns gesehen/gegrüßt und uns auf der Dachterrasse ausgesperrt. Warum andere Mieter diese Sachen nicht sehen und beurteilen??? Habe Bilder und WhatsApp aufbewahrt man weiß ja nie

Three months in beautiful Herradura

The appartment was clean and well equipped, beautiful views from the large balcony, very comfortable, like home from home. Lots of places to visit in the car nearby, and garaging for the car was a bonus. Good communication with the owner, and very helpful. Bedding and towels supplied, so less to take with you, for the price, it was a wonderful 3 months stay .

Nice place in La Herradura

It is a nice property at a great price. It is up on the hill and the parking garage is interesting, car elevator and all. The views from the apt deck and the roof deck are awesome. There are trails for short-cuts to the beach. The kitchen has nearly everything you need. It is exactly as advertised, we enjoyed our stay.

Alojamiento con todas las comodidades necesarias. Faltaría un poco más de luz en la zona de cocina. Muy buenas vistas y una terraza muy agradable. El único inconveniente, la ubicación, se encuentra en una zona alta de la población. Si viajan personas mayores, les resulta complicado llegar al centro del núcleo urbano. Por lo demás todo muy bien, es muy fácil contactar con el propietario.

Great views from balcony and roof terrace

We stayed here for the whole of February 2019. Sun and warmth every single day. Best part about the apartment is the large balcony and the shared roof top terrace which is the whole size of the block.The view from up there is panoramic and there's a small pool that must be fantastic in the summer. The apartment is very clean and there is actually an ensuite in the master bedroom that was very useful. We did not have a car, so we had to walk up from the town every time we made a trip out and it's steep climb home! However, the bus service to Almunecar, Granada and Nerja is really good. Francisco kept in good contact with us and very kindly drove us to and from the town bus stop.with our luggage.

Geen zon op het balkon. Slechte verlichting. Doorgezakte bank en stoel,

Extra komt er nog elektrisch en water bij. Slechte tv zenders. Geen internet. Je moet goed ter been zijn, het is een hele klim naar boven.De hond van de buren houd niet op met blaffen als je op het balkon zit. Om 16.00 uur komt er een streepje zon. Oude bedden. Wel grote koelkast. Goede garage voor de auto.

Sur les hauteurs de la Herradura, il faut 15 minutes à pied pour accéder à la plage à pied. Difficile de se garer proche de la plage en pleine saison. L'appartement est très bien, cependant il y a trop peu de vaisselle, couvert, pas de plat allant au four, pas de cafetière électrique. Il n'y a pas de climatisation et c'est très désagréable de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes étant donné que l'on entend nuit et jour les chiens du quartier. Les propriétaires ne sont pas à l'aise lors de l'accueil, donc il n'y a pas d'échange intéressant et de renseignements pratiques sur les alentours du lieux de séjour.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

L'appartement est très bien situé. De la terrasse, la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique et nous pouvons largement en profiter puisqu'elle est à l'ombre une bonne partie de la journée. Bien que spacieux, l'appartement n'est pas assez équipé pour 6: vaisselle manquante, pas de plats à four, petite cafetière, que 4 chaises de terrasse et petite table. Par contre, le grand frigo congélateur, la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle ont été appréciables. La terrasse commune est très grande et la vue splendide. La piscine est un peu trop petite et il manque de chaises longues pour pouvoir en profiter. Nous avons aussi été gênés par les aboiements des chiens, très nombreux dans le voisinage, jour et nuit. L'emplacement était idéal pour profiter de la région (entre Nerja et Almuñecar), et la plage accessible à pied est agréable.

A great 4 week stay!

Had a great 4 week stay at this apartment! The apartment is lovely - the pictures don’t do it justice. It was spacious and clean with stunning views from the large balcony. In our opinion the apartment was very well equipped in the kitchen and with towels and bedding etc. There was no kettle but we coped perfectly fine without one by using a pan to boil water. It is a couple of minutes drive to a beautiful beach and there a lovely park within walking distance. The area was very beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. The four of us had a wonderful time staying in this apartment - it became a home away from home. We would definitely love to return one day and can highly recommend it. Francisco was very friendly and even though he didn’t speak much English and we don’t speak Spanish there were no communication problems at all.

Location tout à fait conforme à la description.

L'appartement est vaste et bien distribué: deux chambres totalement indépendantes avec leur salle de bains d'un côté, le séjour/cuisine et la troisième chambre avec sa salle d'eau de l'autre côté. la cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le petit point négatif est peut-être l'orientation de l'appartement. Nous avons séjourné en novembre et n'avions pas beaucoup de soleil sur la terrasse. Ce qui est un inconvénient en automne doit être par contre un sérieux avantage en été. Situé sur les hauteurs de la Herradura il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture.

appartement à la hauteur du prix de la location avec un soucis d'insonorisation entre les étages

Appartement propre et récent , avec une literie tout à fait correcte , la cuisine bien équipée un peu limitée en vaisselle pour six , la piscine commune nécessite de changer d'étage ,( eau un peu verte fin octobre ); le studio est situé tout en haut d'un village et nécessite une voiture si enfants en bas âge pour se rendre dans les commerces ou à la mer , avec un ascenseur pour voitures afin de descendre dans le garage ( on s'y fait ). Le propriétaire n'est pas très à l'aise pour ce qui est de l'accueil et des relations ( très brêves , allant à l'essentiel ) , l'état des lieux inexistant à l'arrivée comme au départ. location sans wifi ce qui pour nos ados a permis de faire une petite pause avec internet. Petit pied à terre bien situé pour accéder à l'autoroute pour rejoindre Malaga et Grenade. Superbe région.
