Tidewater is located about 7.5 miles east from Highway 59 in the heart of Orange Beach on the beach! This luxury three bedroom, three bath condo is on the top floor (12th floor). The balcony faces the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach!

Besides having direct gulf views from your private balcony, the complex also offers a host of amenities. There is a BBQ grilling area, outdoor beachfront pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub. Stay in shape during your vacation with the fitness room and wind down in the onsite sauna.

Walk into the condo and you will be blown away - look directly out and see the beach! As you walk in, there is a bedroom and bathroom on your left and right. The bedroom on the left has a queen-size bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combination. The bedroom on the right also has a queen-size bed. The bathroom on the right may be accessed via the bedroom or the hall. Both bedrooms have a television, and free WiFi is provided throughout.

As you walk down the hall, there is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience on your left. Then the condo opens up! The kitchen is to your right and stocked with pots, pans and utensils to cook or bake with during your Tidewater vacation. There is a dining area where you can sit and enjoy a meal! To the left is the master bedroom suite and in front is the living area with balcony access!

The master bedroom suite has balcony access! There is a king-size bed, flatscreen television and attached bathroom. The bathroom is a tub/shower combination with the bathtub having jets! Relax in comfort! The living area has plenty of seating and a large, flat-screen television for your entertainment.

Walk out on the balcony from the master bedroom, or the living area, and look out at the waves crash along the white, sandy shoreline. Being at penthouse level, there are miles of views awaiting and breathtaking sunrise and sunsets! This Tidewater condo will soon be your choice for your Orange Beach vacation!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
