Williamsburg 2 Bed 2 Bath condo - near Colonial Williamsburg

This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished deluxe condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa bed.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $10.00 amenities fee per condo.

Great place to stay.

Loved the location, all the activities on the grounds, and the comfort of the condo. Everything we needed was there and it was very relaxing and quiet. I would highly recommend and hope to return in the near future.

Great unit and resort!

Girls’ Trip

I love the ease of the “bracelet” that let you into the property as well as our condo. Plenty of room inside our 2 bedroom place. Each bedroom had a bathroom to use. Plenty of parking. We had coffee each morning while looking out at the view from our porch.

More than expected.

Property was very close to Colonial Williamsburg. The pictures were similar to the ones on the website. We had reserved a 2 BR/2 BATH but was informed there wasn't any available. So we were given a 3 BR/2BATH. The area was pretty and was quiet. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Adventure through history

My sister-in-law and I enjoy immersing ourselves in historical locations, learning about the life of times of the past and absrobing the social culture. We got that in abundance with our visits to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Battlefield. The locaion of the accomodations was perfect, a short easy drive to all. The condo was very clean and quiet. The in-house amenities; full kitchen with dishes, glassware, utensills and towels was great. Not having to pack towels and bedding linens was very helpful. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. I would certainly recommend your unit to anyone I know headed down that way for a vacation!

Awesome Experience

The property was everything that we had hoped for. There is so much to do on the property. Swimming, putt putt, game area, yard chess. The area was also amazing with plenty to do and see. The unit was wonderful we were able to cook breakfast every morning and dinner as well. Everything that we needed was available. Great weekend get away. Would love to stay again.

Great location

The check in process was smooth, the rental was well maintained and spacious. There was an on-site hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy. It's located close to all the things in Williamsburg i.e., Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown, etc... Plus, it has the added benefit of being in a private Wyndham resort. Overall, a good little place that homed my two little girls and my wife with no issues

Absolutely perfect

Everything was nice and super easy to use. We went for a long weekend to see the sights in the historic area. Everything was close enough, and we enjoyed the amenities in the evening. Was nice to have things to do other than just watch TV. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place in Good Location

Very enjoyable stay. Good proximity to everything Williamsburg. The only negative is the check in process where you have to fight off an aggressive timeshare sales pitch.

Virginia vacation

Our condo was great. Lots of room to move around and we all had our own space. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were spacious with towels and toiletries. Kitchen came with a coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils to prepare a meal or bake some cookies or brownies if you so desired. There was also hairdryers in both bathrooms along with an iron and ironing board. Extra bonus there was a washer and dryer as well. In all our stay was very relaxing and the condo had everything we needed. I know I needed an extra blanket and some extra toiletries and they were quick to bring them. The only thing I did not like was the presentation and trying to get us to buy a timeshare. We were on a tight vacation schedule and the two hours cut into our day at Jamestown. A lot of places open at 10:00 and close at 5:00 So losing 2 hours shortened our experience that day.

Great stay for families

Had a great stay for spring break with my school aged children. Location is close to everything including Busch Gardens, shopping and restaurants but the best thing about this is the amenities. The indoor and outdoor pools were heated and filled with kids. They have putt putt, pool table, playground, tennis and pickle ball (just check out the rackets/paddles/balls) and 2 game rooms that are free to play. My kids thought they’d died and gone to heaven. All the amenities were open 7am to 10pm. The place is gated and felt very safe. We couldn’t have had a better time and would be happy to stay here again.

Williamsburg Vacation

The timeshare was perfect for a family of four visiting Colonial Williamsburg and surrounding historical sites. The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager got back to us immediately and provided us with helpful information about the property. We had a fantastic trip.

Amenities are the winner here. Can’t beat them if you have kids. The actual resort consists of several buildings with condos. Pictures should really show the buildings you stay in. Not that they aren’t nice but I was confused upon arrival. Our particular building could have been updated cosmetically. The water pressure was the worst I have ever experienced but I don’t know if that is a regional thing. Centrally located and can’t beat amenities: indoor pool, outdoor pools. Hot tubs, putt-putt, arcade, on site mini theater.
