Single storey house of 100m2 with garden of 400m2. Located next to Lake Cazaux, you can enjoy its large sunny terrace. Dune du pyla and nearby ocean beaches (10mn). 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue, washing machine, TV, the house is ideal for a family with children (children's beds, cabin in the garden). Parking in the garden, possibility of internet access.
