The house is situated in an ideal area for those seeking a beach holiday but does not want to miss visiting the most important tourist cities, in fact it is located near the exit of the FI-PI-LI highway between Pisa and Florence, from where it is possible to reach the sea in about 25 minutes and the main Tuscan tourist cities; 15 km from the center of Pisa, 30 minutes from Lucca, 50 minutes from Florence and an hour and a half from Siena.

Ottimo capodanno

Abbiamo passato il capodanno in famiglia e tutto è andato bene. Alessio ci ha accolto ed è sempre stato pronto e disponibile alle richieste d'informazioni. Posizione buona per raggiungere Pisa in automobile (circa 18 minuti) o in treno (stazione a 6 minuti di auto).

Potenzial ist da

Mit der Sauberkeit hat man es nicht so in der Wohnung. Kalkablagerungen in der Dusche. Spinnenweben in den Ecken. Während die Fotos sehr einladend sind, ist die Realität eher nüchtern. Die Duschkabine hat schon besser Tage erlebt. Wir haben es durch hartnäckiges Putzen hinbekommen alle Kalkablagerungen in der Duschwanne zu entfernen. Doch ist das unsere Aufgabe? Die Küche ist schon sehr abgelebt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob der Gasherd die richtigen Abstände zu den Küchenmöbeln hat. Die Abschlussleiste an der Wand war auf jeden Fall geschmolzen. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, kann es schnell zu einem Brand führen. Geschirr und Utensilien sind alt und es fehlt an Kochzubehör. Immerhin hat man innerhalb einer Stunde neue Pfanne gekauft, als wir die alten als schmutzig und defekt reklamierten. Man sagte uns, dass man die Dinge sofort, wenn der Gast es wünsche erneuert, allerdings nicht im Vorwege. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Die Betten sind unterschiedlich bequem. Eine auf dem Foto existierende Kaffeemaschiene und ein angegebenes Fitnessgerät gab es auch nicht. Aber wer trinkt schon Filterkaffee in Italien? Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr gut. Nachdem wir alle Türen geölt haben, konnte man sie leise schließen und man konnte soweit angenehm wohnen. Es existieren einige Hähne in der Nachbarschaft. Das aber war eher idyllisch. Unangenehmer sind die vielen Tauben, die den einen Balkon reichlich mit Vogelkot und Federn verschmutzten. Diesen Balkon konnte man nicht nutzen. Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass alle sehr bemüht waren, Probleme zu lösen. Wenn man es aber ernst meint mit Gastfreundschaft, dann sollte man einige Dinge erneuern und reparieren, bevor die Gäste es reklamieren. Auch wenn die Toilettenspülung repariert wurde, war sie ja schon defekt als wir anreisten. Der Küchentisch könnte in nächster Zeit auch zum Problem werden, denn er klappt gerne mal in der Mitte zusammen. Für uns war die Zeit in Ordnung. Aber auch nicht mehr. Empfehlen würden wir dieses Appartement nicht.

Schöne Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern

Wir suchten ein Ferienhaus mit 3 separaten Schlafzimmern. Als klassische Mobile-Home-Urlauber suchten wir diesmal ein Ferienhaus mit 3 eigenständigen Schlafzimmern. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager bietet die Wohnung Platz genug. In der Beschreibung wird die Wohnung für bis zu 9 Personen angeboten – das kann ich mir bei aller Phantasie nicht verstellen. Der Einrichtungsstil ist eher rustikal aber sauber und funktioniert. Im Eingangsbereich ist eine beschattete, gemütlich Terrasse. Das Auto konnte direkt am Haus auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Kontakt war bei der Anfrage durch Herrn Davide und während des Aufenthalts durch Herrn Alessio im Nachbarhaus immer freundlich und rasch vorhanden. Zwei Punkte haben uns nicht gefallen. Das Haus selbst war sauber, die Küche jedoch hatte in den Schränken teilweise einen feinen Fettfilm. Wir mussten das verwendete Geschirr erst mal spülen. Für Warmwasser in Küche und Bad musste man erst lange warten und das Bidet mit aufdrehen. Insgesamt waren wir gerne die zwei Wochen in der Wohnung und haben es nicht bereut. Die beiden Punkte Küche und Warmwasser sollte sich Davide nochmals anschauen. Wenn man nicht direkt am Meer wohnen will, ist die Lage für Tagesausflüge super. In einer Stunde ist man in Florenz, Carrara oder Lucca. Pisa, Viareggio oder Livorno sind in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wenn es uns wieder in die Toskana zieht, werden wir die Verfügbarkeit der Wohnung sicher wieder prüfen.

Maison de campagne

Grande maison très spacieuse..nous avons été très bien accueilli. La maison manque un peu d'équipement pour pouvoir accueillir 8 personnes. Pas de table de jardin adaptée pour 8 personnes et nous n'avons pas pus de ce fait profiter de la terrasse.

Zentral, freundlich und sauber

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, mit wenigen Kritikpunkten, es gibt in der Küche nur kaltes Wasser, weswegen man Spülwasser aus dem Bad holen musste, dort gab es auch erst kein warmes Wasser, aber auf Nachfrage hat uns Alessio der das Haus für Davide verwaltet gezeigt, dass das Wasser warm wird, wenn man zuerst das Bidet aufdreht, danach werden dann auch Waschbecken und Dusche warm. Die Heizung wurde auch auf Nachfrage angestellt nachdem unsere erste Nacht im Oktober recht kalt war, das Wasser dort ist generell sehr kalkhaltig, weshalb auch der Duschschlauch von außen sehr verkalkt ist, aber ansonsten war das gesamte Bad und das Haus sehr sauber. Die Kaffeemaschine hat es leider nicht getan, aber netterweise hat uns Alessios sehr nette Mama dafür den Umgang mit dem klassischen italienischen Kaffeebereiter erklärt was sehr hilfreich war, nochmals vielen Dank dafür!! :-)) Generell könnten ein paar mehr Trinkgläser und Tassen vorhanden sein, für uns zu viert noch kein Problem, aber mit mehr Personen würde es dann knapp. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt um von dort mit dem Auto Ausflüge nach Pisa, Livorno, Viareggio, Florenz, San Gimignano, Lucca oder Siena zu machen. Es hat uns gut gefallen!

Schöne Unterkunft

Für jemand der nicht direkt am Meer sein will ist die Unterkunft Super. Das Haus ist kühl viele Spaziermöglichkeiten für den Hund und in der Nacht ruhig biscauf etwas Hundegebell an und zu. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Latignano is lovely

The property was chosen for location and price. Location was great. It was in a quiet village, but with excellent access to shopping and places to visit. The property actually slept 9 but if 9 were there, they may have struggled for seats. For 2 of us, no problem. Everything was very clean. We managed to translate the recycling leaflet, and collections were very frequent. Only problem was a lack of access to the rear of the property, as the sun moved over the balcony and front garden by late afternoon, leaving it shaded. Otherwise an excellent property, and the freshest, yellowest-yolked eggs from Allessandro. We would certainly recommend this property.
