Relax and take in spectacular ocean views from this stunning luxury home! Features include an open, inverted floor plan, gorgeous “Brazilian Teak” hardwoods adorning all floors and rooms with beautiful crown moldings.

The 2nd level features custom “shiplap” walls and a relaxing sitting area with a comfy sofa. Each bed is meticulously made with sparkling white premium linens. Bath toweling is conveniently supplied.
The door on either the front or back on each floor of the home open to expansive decks with plenty of seating.

Custom wood 2" shutters in each bedroom provide guest privacy. Enjoy large screen 4K HD TV’s in each of the four bedrooms (3 - 55” 4 K HD TV’s and one 43” 4K HD TV) except the room with 2 bunk beds. This home sleeps 8 adults.
Each Bedroom (5) comes with an Ensuite Bathroom!
Whimsical sea life decor brings a smile to a child each time they enter the Bunk Room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Sleeps 4 children.

Walk upstairs into the spacious living room with a “shiplap” ceiling and immediately take a deep breath as your eyes are drawn to the ever changing Atlantic Ocean. Settle in and enjoy the views in this, well appointed living room. Also provided is 65” 4K HD TV with Visio Sound Bar. All TV’s and equipment have been professionally mounted.

The spacious open concept kitchen overlooks a spacious dining area and has ample seating for the entire crew. The kitchen has leather granite countertops, a large island with a vegetable sink, a stocked spice rack and professional stainless steel appliances including a Wolf Range Top, KitchenAid Wine Cooler/Beverage Center, toaster oven, electric griddle and waffle iron for a yummy breakfast.
A powder room is located just off the kitchen and living area.

Inhale the salty ocean breezes from one of the 4 covered decks (over 1200 sq. ft. of decks) that include 24 comfortable chairs for enjoying the ocean or pool views.

The “Pool Oasis” is furnished with 6 loungers, 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas and a large table to enjoy the sun and comforts of the large, private 14 x30 foot pool after a day at the beach. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off the salt and sand from the seashore. The pool deck is surrounded with tropical Sabal and Needle palm trees with a custom fountain flowing with soothing water.

This home is steps ( 2 doors down and across the street ) from the beach and has ample parking for all guests.

Please note: This home is secured with an Alarm System for added safety. It is a Smart Home with every window alarmed and comes with high speed wifi.

It should be noted that this home is on stilts and there is a stairway from the ground level to the front door (2nd level) and an additional stairway to the top floor (3rd level).

Absolutely No Pets of Any Kind and No Smoking is Allowed on the Property!!!

Beautiful Home!

All the reviews about cleanliness are spot on! The floor plan worked well for us, the pool was beautiful, beach access is close by and the views from the house are wonderful. Constance and Jon are wonderful and thoughtful hosts and very helpful. Our group really enjoys cooking, and usually struggles with having what we need on vacation, but not this time. The kitchen is truly well stocked.

Great location in Holden Beach

This property is fantastic for large families! Constance and Jon are super hosts. The beach is just across the street and the pool was a big hit with my kids and grandkids. House is clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and this home was perfect for everyone! Beach access was right across the street which was great! The grandkids would have lived in the pool! The home is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed.

This was our second time staying here, and our next trip to Holden Beach, we will stay here again, this is our spot! We love the home and location. Constance and John are such accommodating hosts, sharing their favorite spots to eat, local spots to check out, and even unique events - we watched a SpaceX rocket launch in the distance from the top porch, thanks to the hosts for the tip! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a special one. After 3 years from our last time staying here, it's exactly how we remembered it - perfect.

Just returned home from our trip! This home is beautiful and super clean. Just enough space for 6 adults and 6 kids. The kitchen is fabulous and much larger than it seems in the photo. Beach access is conveniently located across the street and the pool was perfect for days that it was really windy at the beach.

This home is meticulously maintained. Very easy Beach access and beautiful views from the large decks. Lots of seating and the living space is even larger than the pictures show. Great relaxing beach front

This was a perfect house for our family to enjoy a week at Holden Beach. The kitchen was awesome with the attached dining area to handle all 11 of us. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was great. The pool area was fantastic and the kids enjoyed it when not on the beach. The house is a short walk to the viaduct and business area which allowed us to stretch our legs.

Fun Week with Friends

What a find! After changing our travel plans several times in 2020, our group was thrilled to find this house in Holden Beach. Constance answered all of our questions promptly, so we could regroup quickly and book the house. This beautifully decorated beach home has incredible ocean views from the large porch and a very short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our group of six; it was very clean, each bedroom had a private bath, comfortable bed(s), and the spacious kitchen/family room had everything we needed, including a wine fridge, chef's gas stove, and plenty of seating, Thank you for your hospitality, Constance and Jon. We had a wonderful time!

Highly Recommend

We cannot day enough good things about our stay at Holden Beach. This house is amazing! From the furnishings to the location, Constance has not forgotten a thing! We had 2 families of 4 staying here with plenty of room to spare. The four boys just loved the bunk room and the pool and the adults spent most mornings and evenings on the porch looking at the ocean. Constance was an absolute pleasure to work with. We hope to be back. Five stars all the way.

Birthday Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous house at Holden Beach. The pool was great when we returned from our beach trips just across the street! The views in this home are incredible, and we spent a lot of time rocking on the beautiful front porch gazing at the sparkling blue water. It has been two years since we have had a beach week-and we celebrated all our our June and July birthdays in our family in style! The larger pool is truly nice to have with larger groups apt to stay in this nicely appointed home.

Second Year In A Row - Outstanding Experience

The house is immaculate, well placed and provides the perfect opportunity for our extended family to gather for our annual beach vacation. Plenty of accommodations, and just enough to do close by - not overly busy like a Myrtle or Ocean City venue. Constance is wonderful to work with and very thoughtful. Great experience!

Beautiful house

Perfect house, very clean, kitchen had everything and so nice that the owners even leave baggies, soaps, shampoos and a even a very appreciated gift certificate to an amazing ice cream shop! Only negative is road noise when sitting on front porch-fortunately can not hear it from inside.

GREAT HOUSE & LOCATION!

Perfect home away from home for your vacation! Owners are extremely helpful and kind. Very easy to communicate with. The house if very well appointed in many ways. GREAT view from the front porches and a great place to take a nap during an afternoon rain storm as well! We enjoyed our stay very much and will do a "repeat" if possible based on family schedules for 2021. If this house is open for the time that you are looking at going to Holden Beach, I'd recommend booking it quickly. Thanks for a great week Constance & Jon!

Fantastic beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beach house! The house is gorgeous - open and full of light, well-furnished, with a beautiful, well-stocked kitchen that has plenty of space for cooking/gathering and includes all the amenities you’d want for healthy cooking. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and are spacious - perfect for a couple of families vacationing together. The pool is fantastic - plenty of seating and a large deck area. Views of the ocean from the house were wonderful (and there is lots of outdoor seating to enjoy them!). We enjoyed all of the nice extras the owners included (provided towels and linens, notes about the house, great communication) - we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jon and Constance are originally from the Midwest (Indiana and Michigan), lived in various parts of the country and have now settled in North Carolina. We make our home 35 minutes from Holden Beach. We are excited and thankful to have had the opportunity to purchase this home so others can get away and enjoy this beautiful ocean setting with their family!

Why they chose this property

When we walked up the stairs of this stunningly beautiful home, gazed out at the vast Atlantic Ocean, and watched countless pelicans flying past, we knew this was our oasis.
Facing due south, the name “Compass Pointe South” was given to our home in Holden Beach.
I love to cook and have added every utensil and appliance I could imagine to this home. We enjoy lounging around the refreshing pool after a hot day at the beach and sitting on the top deck watching the Atlantic Ocean before and after dinner. This is our home and we’ve provided high quality, comfortable mattresses with luxury European linens for restful sleep. We wake up and relax on the front porch wrapped in a thick European robe sipping coffee, and watching the waves roll in.
Jon and I love that Holden Beach as it is a quiet, family friendly beach.
Walking along the beach, collecting shells and searching for sharks teeth is a experience everyone enjoys. On Sunday evening we take our chairs and head over to “Live Beach Music” at 6:30. We enjoy the tasty restaurants and yummy homemade ice cream shops. We are always pleased to see families and visitors relax and laugh as they enjoy the beauty Holden Beach has to offer!

What makes this property unique

“Compass Pointe South” is an upscale, beautifully appointed home overlooking the ever changing Atlantic Ocean. The minute you open the door you can smell the new teak floors and feel the “beachy” elegance of the home. You arrive to find beds are made, giving extra time to spend with guests. No one has “The Bedmaking Duty”.
Ascending the shiplap stairway to the top floor, eyes are drawn first to the spectacular views of the ocean. Perhaps you’ll see the pelicans flying by. Walking around the top floor you are drawn into the “cooks kitchen”, the inviting dining space and comfortable living room area.
Beach access is few short steps away. Walk across the street, go left 100 ft., and you arrive at the split-rail fenced beach access.
Family and friends can be seen enjoying the beach from one of the front decks. Or, sit in one of the rocking chairs on the back deck and enjoy watching the children splashing and swimming in the full size pool, the area surrounded by tropical palms.
Wrap up in a plush European robe, and have a seat in a Polywood Chair on the front deck. Feel luxury and relaxation as you look out at the ocean, breathe in the salty ocean air and enjoy the experience of “Compass Pointe South”!
