Great house in very nice surroundings

We had a fantastic time in this property. The house is ideally located for a visit to Ile Rousse - it is a bit outside of the town and thus very calm. To get to Ile Rousse by car takes max. 10 min (having a car is recommended though). The view from the house onto the the sea and Ile Rousse is great. The house has all the amenities needed and easily fits a family of six. The garden is huge. The best part of the house are the owners, they are super nice as well as extremely friendly, generous and helpful. I can only recommend this house!

Un sejour PARFAIT

Nous avons reservé la villa de Mme et Mr ALBERTINI durant 3 semaines , nosu avons passé un super sejour. Villa trés trés bien equipée, d'une situation ideale, a 5 minutes a peine du centre d'Ile Rousse, mais vraiment dans un endroit calme et sans voisinage DEPAYSANT !!!! Un havre de paix, entourré d'arbres fruitiers et d'oliviers. Un accueil genial de Mme et Mr ALBERTINI, vraiment d'une gentillesse exemplaire MERCI POUR TOUT

semaine superbe et rêvée

location parfaite, spacieuse, très bien équipée, terrasse offrant des points de vues et paysages idylliques au gré des heures de la journée. Marie-Thé et Jean sont très accueillants, disponibles, vous faisant même découvrir les spécialités corses à votre arrivée (canistrelli, confiture maison, rosé au frais). la maison est le point de départ idéal pour découvrir le nord ouest de l'île, de scandola au désert des agriate, en passant par Calvi, l'île rousse, et la balagne). wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familien-Urlaub und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und die Früchte aus dem Garten haben wunderbar geschmeckt! Einziger Nachteil: Wir haben keinen Fußweg gefunden, um vom Haus aus mit Kindern sicher loszugehen. Aber mit dem Auto kann man in kurzer Distanz viele schöne Plätze erreichen.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten als Familie mit kleinen Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Haus ebenso. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Es liegt am Hang und man kann auf das Meer schauen. Am Haus führt die Strasse vorbei. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber man hört natürlich die Autos immer wieder. Das Grundstück ist naturbelassen, für die Kinder toll zum Spielen und entdecken. Die Vermieter waren ebenso sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Vue magnifique, maison bien équipée mais un peu trop proche de la route

Bien accueillis par les propriétaires, la maison est grande et bien équipée. La vue des terrasses est magnifique. La maison est bien située pour visiter la region . Les seuls petits bémols : la proximité de la route et le fait de devoir tout barricader avant chaque sortie.

merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans cette maison propre, grande et tranquille. Belle vue sur L'Ile Rousse et la mer au loin d'un côté et sur le village de Santa Reparata de l'autre. Grand jardin avec des oliviers, des figuiers, un potager. L'accueil de monsieur et madame Albertini est top ! Personnes charmantes, serviables et qui font confiance à leurs hôtes. La maison est isolée il n'y a pas de gêne de voisinage, mais la D13 assez fréquentée passe en contrebas. Ceci dit, on oublie vite et le lieu est reposant. Magnifique région, ballades, plages sublimes. On vous conseille !

Sehr freundliche und großzügige Besitzer. Alles top. Sehr gut eingerichtet, groß und gut situiert. Die Tomate und Feigen des eigenen Gartens waren vorzüglich ;-)

La maison est très agréable, tout comme leur propriétaire, le jardin est tout simplement magnifique avec vue sur mer au loin ce qui n’en gache rien !

ile rouge una meraviglia!

Piacevole soggiorno di 4 persone adulte in questa magnifica villa a Santa Reparata di Balagna a pochi km dal paese di Ile Rouge. Posizione invidiabile con vista mare che grazie all'altezza offre anche clima ventilato. Gentilissimi e disponibilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto come degli amici offrendoci anche dei loro prodotti locali e frutti dei loro alberi. Terrazzo molto grande che si utilizza per i pasti all'aperto, appartamento dotado di wi.fi sempre connesso, cosa chiedere di più? Da consigliare assolutamente a tutti ed esperienza da ripetere per noi.

Très belle location

Maison très fonctionnelle, avec 2 grandes terrasses équipées très appréciables. Climatisation dans une chambre et le salon. Très belle vue et très vaste terrain. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour, on espère juste que les propriétaires ont réglé les problèmes d'électricité que nous avons rencontré durant nos 2 semaines de vacances.

Splendida casa con vista magnifica e ben attrezzata di tutto

Siamo stati benissimo in 6 (3 coppie adulte) , la casa è molto bella, comoda, ben attrezzata per cucinare e mangiare nel grande terrazzo con vista favolosa ( le foto non rendono) . 3 camere fresche una bella cucina con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Tutto funzionante. Solo un bagno grande con vasca/doccia e un wc separato piu' una doccia esterna. In 6 non ci sono stati problemi. Vicina a l'ile rousse e a pochi minuti da spiagge bellissime. Bello anche il giardino con alberi da frutto , barbeque e sdaio. Molto tranquilla, un po' isolata (necessaria la macchina). Proprietari molto gentili. 3 letti matrimoniali comodi (un po piccoli ma in francia sono così) e un letto singolo. Consigliatissima per un gruppo di amici o per 2 famiglie. Se capita di tornare in corsica ci torneremo.
