Shipwatch North, this is your beach House for 2023 and many years to come. Located directly on the beach, Shipwatch North is a newer single family luxurious five (5) bedroom four (4) bath home (3 master bedrooms with separate baths) which sits on the beach and less then 300 feet to the waters edge. This is not a duplex it is free standing single family residence. Each bedroom & deck have direct access to viewing the quiet white beach sands & perfect to enjoy the sunsets. With the exception of the property adjacent you are Gulf Front(not gulf front). Beautiful hardwood floors adorn the entire home & the ground level has a large wood deck (entire length of the house) which is perfect for outside grilling & picnics. The home has six (5) televisions & three (3) DVD players, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as other numerous amenities, including high speed Internet access to make your stay one to remember. Numerous rated golf courses are located nearby

Family friendly

A great space for everyone to spread out, yet enjoy one another’s company! Our family included 6 adults, a 16 y/o, 10 y/o, and a 6 y/o. The property is right on the beach, making it so easy to relax, as well as go in for meals at your leisure. We watched dolphins play from our balcony, and many stingrays when the water was calm. A wagon was provided to carry belongings. The house overall was well stocked. Tony was very helpful. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Beach fun

Great location and home!! Will definitely try to book there again. Steps from our beach chairs !! Did not have spa/hot tub as advertised but didn’t need it. Never got internet working but was connected to WiFi - strange.

ShipWatch North Vacation

Tony's beach house is large, comfortable and close to the beach front. We love having the open porch on the ground floor that is always shady and has a breeze. We put an X-pen across the stairs to block in the dogs. They love being outside with room to play. This is our 4th stay here, so I think that says everything! We love staying here.

On the sand

The 5 bedrooms & 4 baths were great for our family group! There was also plenty of space for us to all eat our meals together. Plenty of sand toys & 3 boogie borders made beach play easy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, flatware, & dishes. Wonderful seats on the balcony to enjoy the views. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We never got the king bedroom TV to function properly. Overall, it was a great week for our family.

Would stay here again

Our family loved this house. It is not the one in the front as the picture shows, but it is the one right behind it and you have views of the ocean from everywhere and you are literally steps from the beach. The pictures need updated because I felt the house was actually better than the pictures portrayed. The bedrooms are roomy and 3 of them have their own bathroom with the other two being directly across from or right down the hallway from the other bathroom. The layout is perfect for a big family. I have no complaints and would recommend this house to anyone.

Spring break

Pictures online definitely need to be updated, house is nothing like the pictures. House needs some TLC. You can tell it’s a investment property. But if you are looking for a house that is literally steps away from the beach this is it! It’s nothing fancy but the location it is everything. Otherwise my family and I had a great stay!

Perfect beach house!

This house is so nice! It has so much room and a great layout. The kitchen was very well-stocked. The balconies and deck were spacious. It's the second house from the beach, and the steps from the deck are literally on the sand. Tony was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Ft Morgan

We decided to rent a house this year, due to the size of our growing family. Best decision ever! We loved the house. There was plenty of room so we didn’t feel crowded. Stepping off the deck right onto the beach was awesome. We plan on staying here again next year! Tony was great to work with!

Great beach property

This was a great place for our family to have a vacation. We loved the location, loved the house, loved that we were right on the beach. Could use a bit of updating but it was really the perfect place... great host as well who was easily reachable! Will definitely go back!

OVERALL GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION

Property was not clean as expected-with the cleaning fee that is charged you would think housekeeping would do better job - swept up 2 piles of sand, dirt, hair in downstairs area on day of arrival, the stove needs a good cleaning cleaned and wiped inside best I could, there is mold in upstairs area several places that needs addressed the small chair in living room was broke (when you would sit in it would turn over) and the chair has been this way for 4 years as my inlaws stayed here about 4 year ago and stated same issue - but we fixed it -other than that the house is in nice location and we had a great week.

Great beach house

We all enjoyed our week at Fort Morgan. It was so easy and convenient being right on the beach. The house was well kept with plenty of extras and kitchen supplies for cooking, grilling and serving a large group. There were also plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with. We would highly recommend this property for a great week at the beach.

Awesome location

We had a great time at Ship Watch North with family this week. The house is very nice and roomy and the location is perfect. We set up our canopy and chairs on the beach when we got there and were able to leave everything there all week. The house has everything you need including a nice balcony with nice chairs and a roomy bottom deck with two picnic tables. The only problem we had was with some of the appliances not working properly. The picture of the house is also misleading. This one is behind the one showing in the picture. We had been there before so knew which one we were staying in and it wasn’t a problem for us since the view from there is also great! Thanks for sharing your house with us again this year Tony! We had another fantastic family vacation!

Wonderful week

Our family had a fantastic week in Fort Morgan! The home was great and the AC unit held up in the heat wave by the end of the week! The ice maker was a huge plus! Could use a new can opener and more kitchen towels. I found myself searching for clean towels and every time, they would be dirty (there was only two I think). My bed upstairs was comfortable, all the rooms were spacious. Great views from the balcony, although the house right in front of you isn’t great but that’s ok! We loved the big porch with the breeze and those chairs are awesome! Recommend this home for big families! Overall, pretty amazing!

Had a great Easter week at the house. Picture of house needs to be changed as you are renting the second house from the beach, not the beachfront property prominently shown. Not a dealbreaker as it is only a 10 foot further walk to the beach, but photo is misleading.

House was very spacious and clean. The pictures of the outside of the house on the site are not the same house we rented. The inside pictures are correct though. The house was a nice house and located on the beach but there is one house in between the beach and this house. The down side is there is not much to do out there, the WIFI connects but without internet, the stores/restaurants close early and it's about a 25 minute drive back to town. I think it's a good spot for people who just wanna hang at the beach. Just make sure you get your groceries before you leave the main town.

Fabulous House

The attention to detail in this VRBO location is so well thought out. Nothing overlooked. All cupboards and drawers are labeled, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The beds all extremely cozy. Three bedrooms have their own full bath. Perfectly situated close to the beach. Quite location. Highly recommended.

Great location on the beach!

Shipwatch North is right on the beach so you can you step out the door and walk as far as you want! We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility, especially as there is a wildlife refuge about 1/2 a mile to the west. Great views from the deck. The guys in our group were able to fish right out front (with some success) and we cooked up fish for dinner! The home is spacious and well-equipped, though needs a little TLC here and there. Expect to have to drive for shopping and dining though there are a couple of restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay!
