The house is very bright and very sunny.
It consists on the ground floor of a large garage with electric door.
On the 1st, living dining room and open kitchen opening onto a small outdoor terrace and another living room with the indoor swimming pool heated to 28/30 degrees, year-round, RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for tenants
On the second floor two bedrooms with a 140/190 bed and a private bathroom in each, and a bathroom with bathtub with the staircase that leads to the 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine with the 90/190 child bed and another bed 140/190. ideally located for visiting Finistère from north to south and from west to east.

Belle maison de ville

C'est sûr, il y a des escaliers. Si ça ne dérange pas, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Beaux volumes, piscine, 3 belles chambres, beau séjour, commerces et moyen de locomotion à proximité pour découvrir.

Tout s’est bien passé ! Parfait avec Stéphane . C’est une personne très agréable et très discret. La maison nous avons bien aimé ! Et surtout aussi la piscine est un vrai plus à ce logement. Logement très bien situé à 30 mns des belles plages du Finistère. Et à 5 minutes du centre de Quimper

Logement parfait et très propre. Literie au top . Un jardin intérieur avec une piscine au top . Propriétaire discret mais disponible en cas de besoin et très gentil. Quimper et sa cathédrale les îles de glénan et concarneau et sa ville close magnifique … beaucoup de sports nautiques qui ont ravis mes ados . Une semaine de rêve merci

Great location, friendly host

Great location, very useful to have your own garaged parking space so near to town. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Be aware the two toilets are located on the ground floor and second floor landing, they are not connected to the ensuite shower/bath rooms. The house is quirky and functional.

A great rental in Quimper

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids ages 11,14,16) stayed at this rental for 4 nights. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well appointed, which made cooking meals easy. The location is perfect for exploring downtown. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The configuration of the house worked perfect for our family. Each bedroom has it's own tub/shower and sink. There are two separate toilet rooms in the house. This seems pretty standard for older French homes. Although we do not speak French, Stephane was very gracious in his communication and we were able to figure things out. We had a wonderful stay!

Logement idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre ville et des commerces (boulangerie, superette, restaurants...) la piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau ! Au centre du Finistère Sud

Accueil très sympa du propriétaire, avec visite du bien. Gros plus, la piscine chauffée, le garage, la position centrale permet la découverte aisée du Finistère Sud allant de la pointe de Penhir au nord et du golf du Morbihan au sud en poussant jusque Vannes. À recommander à tous ceux qui aiment bouger et découvrir une magnifique région

la maison rose

la maison est très bien située par rapport au centre touristique de Quimper accessible à pied (1 petit kilomètre) gare, boulangerie, pub, pizzeria à 2 pas de la maison. Stéphane est une personne très discrète, (il n'est venu qu'une seule fois pour l'entretient de la piscine et ce en notre absence) quand à la maison, elle est de style ancien (parquet à tout les étages, meubles de caractères) le seul petit inconvenant , ce serait les différents étages (arrivée par le sous sol, salle de séjour et cuisine au 1er, et chambres au 2eme et 3eme étage . ) quand à la piscine , elle est très profonde, (1m80) avec juste une plateforme de 1MX2M pour pouvoir avoir pied. Sinon le séjour à été très agréable

Maison spacieuse . Très très bien équipée. La literie est bien . La piscine est vraiment appréciable et on y a passé de très bons moments. Le garage privé est un plus également. A 15 mn à pied du centre ville. A recommander. Le propriétaire est accueillant et très serviable
