Gite très bien situé au milieu des villas caractéristiques de DINARD, proche d’une plage et du sentier douanier. Cadre agréable au milieu des hortensias avec vue sur la mer. Gite bien rénové et fonctionnel. A recommander sans modération.

Belle surprise à l'arrivée, petit deux pièces joliment décoré et très propre. Prendre son café le matin face à l île Harbourg, que du bonheur.Tous commerces , boulangeries, poissonnier,boucher,etc à 1000 pas! C'est à dire à côté. On a aimé.

Traumhaft - fantastique!
Wir haben hier wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer traumhaften alten Villa, wie sie typisch für Dinard sind. Im abgeschlossenen Hof, wo schöne Hortensien sind, kann man sein Auto abstellen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem in direkter Meernähe (ca 5 Gehminuten zum Strand). In einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß hat man den Ortskern von Dinard erreicht, kann aber auch in entgegengesetzter Richtung (Richtung Saint-Lunaire) in 10 Minuten sehr gut essen (die Creperie "Le Mamegraphe" ist köstlich!) und auch mehrere Bäcker finden. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön - man kann kilometerlang am Uferweg langspazieren oder mit der Fähre nach St. Malo hinüberfahren. Auch der Mont-Saint-Michel ist als Ausflugsziel in weniger als einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werde bestimmt noch einmal kommen. * * * Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ici. L'appartement est situé dans une ancienne villa de rêve, typique de Dinard. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans la cour fermée, où se trouvent de beaux hortensias. L'appartement est meublé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'emplacement est très calme et pourtant très proche de la mer (à environ 5 minutes à pied de la plage). En un quart d'heure à pied vous pouvez rejoindre le centre de Dinard, mais vous pouvez aussi très bien manger en sens inverse (vers Saint-Lunaire) en 10 minutes (la crêperie "Le Mamegraphe" est délicieuse!) Et vous pouvez également trouver plusieurs boulangers. Les environs sont magnifiques - vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres le long du chemin au bord de la rivière ou prendre le ferry pour Saint-Malo. Le Mont-Saint-Michel peut également être atteint comme destination d'excursion en moins d'une heure en voiture! La communication avec le propriétaire était simple, rapide et très amicale. Je recommande vivement l'hébergement et je reviendrai certainement.

Très bel appartement et accueil irréprochable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Dinard, l'appartement est propre, conforme à ce qui est annoncé et bien placé. La vue sur la mer est vraiment superbe ! L'accueil a été chaleureux et agréable, nous recommandons cet location et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Die Villa ist einfach schön. Man hat alles, was man braucht: eine toll ausgestattete Küche, gute Bett und Matratzen, Sanitärbereich mit großer Dusche. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls sehr schön und war für uns praktisch. Man ist schnell am Meer und wohnt im ruhigen Stadtteil von Dinard.

L'appartement est très sympa, très pratique mis à part ce petit problème d'interrupteur qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon we! C'est très calme ce qui est fort agréable quand on a envie de faire le break et de se reposer. Qui plus est nous sommes très près du centre si nous avons envie de retrouver un peuples de foule et de bruit . Et une vue sur la mer superbe! Le cadre tout autour est magnifique et l'appartement à 5 minutes de la plage : du bonheur! Nous nous reviendrons c'est certain et vous recommanderons auprès de nos connaissances sans aucun problème! Beautiful location in DInard
The apartment was in a lovely location with a beautiful view of the ocean and the Ile de Harbor fort from the terrace. The owners were very nice and all of our communications and interactions were warm and easy. The apartment is on the first floor of an old house that has been divided into 4 or 5 apartments. It was absolutely serene and tranquil. The last two days of our stay, the American owners of the large apartment on the ground floor that owns the front yard under the terrace arrived . Their children were very loud running around the yard so quiet dinners on the terrace were no longer an option after they arrived, unfortunately. Prior to that, we never heard any noise from the other neighbors who were in and out the whole week. We are American ourselves but it always seems it is our countrymen who are loud and inconsiderate of others and not the French. Apartment had everything one would need and the bed was comfortable. All in all an excellent stay.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment in der schönsten Gegend von Dinard. Nette Nachbarn und freundliche, bemühte Vermieter runden den Aufenthalt in Dinard ab. Nur wenige Gehminuten von Küste und Strand entfernt. Das nahe Zentrum von Enogat bietet Cafe, Restaurant, Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Auch des Zentrum sowie der Strand von Dinard sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung! A very nice, clean apartment in the most beautiful area of Dinard. Nice neighbors and friendly owners. Within walking distance of the coast and the beach. The nearby center of Enogat offers cafe, restaurant, bakery and supermarket. Also the center and the beach of Dinard are easily accessible by foot. A very clear recommendation! Un très joli et propre appartement dans la plus belle région de Dinard. Les voisins sont très sympathiques et les propriétaires sont très gentils. On peut marcher à la plage et au centre de St Enogat. Il y'a un café, un restaurant, une boulangerie et une épicerie. En plus le centre et la plage de Dinard sont facilement accessibles à pied. Une recommandation très claire!
