Very nice apartment of 88 m2 with 3 balconies and 1 private covered garage in a residence with 2 swimming pools in a landscaped garden or rub cypresses and olive trees. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living room opening onto a balcony with sea view and pool and barbecue, a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets, a kitchen overlooking a small terrace with nice garden view. The furniture and decor are modern. The residence is located two kilometers from two golf courses known. Beaches are two kilometers away. The village of Guia famous throughout the Algarve for its restaurants specializing in regional grilled chicken is 1.5 km. Finally, the typical charming and bustling town of Albufeira is a short walk for a pleasant evening

Très bel appartement situé dans une superbe résidence. Propre, très bien agencé. Climatisé ce qui est un gros plus vues les chaleurs de cette région. Bonne literie. En bref, un agréable séjour!

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Tout est parfait il ne manque de rien. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. La résidence est vraiment très bien entretenue, les 3 piscines sont vraiment un plus. Nous étions 2 adultes et nos 2 enfants de 14 et 8 ans. La situation géographique est top pour découvrir l'Algarve. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location.

Prima ruim apartement, bijna perfekt op wat kleine mankementen na. Complex met 3 zwembaden en schitterend aangelegde tuin is goed onderhouden en prettig om te verblijven. Goede communicatie via e-mail met de eigenaar. Wij komen er graag terug

Foi umas férias muito bem passadas❤️ O apartamento está muito bem equipado o mobiliário é moderno a cozinha possui de todos equipamento assim como uma variedade enorme de utensílios, não faltou NADA no apartamento 🔝 A garagem de estacionamento foi uma mais valia pois assim tinhamos a certeza que a viatura se encontrava em segurança. A parte exterior possui 3 piscinas e de um gardim muito bem tratado “é um paraíso“. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos e muito preocupados com o bem estar dos inquilinos. Super sejour en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, décoré avec gout, simple, sobre et moderne. Stephane proprietaire est tres disponible. Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et bien situé.
Très bel appartement superbement équipé, garage souterrain fermé, wifi, sèche cheveux, ustensiles de cuisine très complets, etc etc... arrivée grandement facilitée par les explications très claires et précises du propriétaire, par ailleurs très réactif. D'accord avec la remarque sur le bruit de la route fort audible dans la seconde chambre, mais nous aussi, nous habitons en bordure de champs... pour le reste, c'est parfait. Piscine et espaces communs entretenus tous les jours. Merci. Nous recommandons.

Appartement pratique bien pensé, bien équipé (rarement vue autant d'équipement) un plus si l'on veut cuisiner. Cadre de la résidence très agréable et bien entretenu, même si nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des très jolies piscines. Un plus, le garage souterrain. Seul bémol le bruit de la route pour la 2ième chambre. Mais nous habitons à la campagne au milieu des champs ... Merci

Very good location, NEW and all amenities included!
Very clean and spotless. New condominium with new appliances. Would recommend! A 5 minute drive away from the beach. Less than 10 minutes from the best chicken place in the algarve, Teodosio. We went there twice. No day to day service for cleaning but has everything you would need. Patio area is facing the pool. Pool access is from outside not inside. There are 3 pools on the property one is a kids pool. Family friendly :) Con: Be aware of neighbors on the lower floor, they are sensitive to noise. Otherwise very much enjoyed our stay! 5+++ Would visit again. Thank you! Ashley.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir trafen eine wundervolle Ferienwohnung an, die mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist. Durch den Komfort konnte wir unseren Urlaub genießen. Man findet tolle Sandstrände in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto an. Sowohl die idyllische Bucht Sao Rafael als auch der sehr lange Sandstrand von Galé sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Abends lädt der hauseigene Pool nochmal zum Entspannen ein. Der Ort ist zwar klein, bietet aber einige Restaurants, Bars oder Supermärkte in der Nähe an. Mit dem Auto sind größere Orte wie z.B. Albufeira, Vilamoura oder Portimão schnell erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei Herrn Stéphane für die sehr freundliche Korrespondenz. Die Buchungsabwicklung verlief völlig reibungslos.
