You will feel like you are in the lap of summertime luxury with it's water themed décor and colors. Beware, there is even a shark lurking about! This unit offers three bedrooms each with a large screen television and boasts three and a half bathrooms which is great for large groups. There is plenty of room to visit or relax in either of the two gathering areas which each offer ample seating and large screen televisions as well. If you are not out enjoying all of the delectable dining options in St. George, a fully equipped kitchen is available for your cooking needs. This cozy, comfortable, and spacious unit is perfect for your time in St. George as you explore Zion National Park or take a day trip to the Grand Canyon, enjoy a show at the renowned Tuachan theater, participate in the annual Huntsman Senior Games or St. George marathon, or take advantage of the shopping, biking, hiking, and dining opportunities that are abundant in this beautiful part of southern Utah. Or, if you prefer to stay close to home, spend some time on the patio enjoying the new BBQ grill and outdoor seating area. As a bonus, this rental property is a corner unit that offers a spectacular view of Pine Valley mountain from the patio. For sure a property we'd love to stay in again

Wonderful stay. The home is built exactly for a short stay with family in mind. Plenty of room, extra bathrooms (so helpful), TV in each room. It fit our family of 7 perfectly. Right across from the pool and hot tub which meant we made really good use of it. Easy check-in and check-out. Just really a wonderful and clean home, just what we needed for our stay in St. George.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway

One of the first things we noticed was someone's toe nail clippings on the floor in the sitting area. Gross. There was only one roll of thin toilet paper per bathroom. We've never seen that before. There were no pantry staples. We didn't expect the owner to provide - but we have always found them in other places - typically left behind by other guests. The side leaves on the kitchen table we're noticeably hanging down. Previous occupants used coffee filters and cardboard to try to brace them up. We pulled all that out, and stuck plastic knives under the support legs in order to even use the table. The beds were nice. The bedding was nice. Lots of pillows were nice.

Clean, good location, nice amenities. A little far from parks. Pool needed maintenance.

Overall it was a good experience. Here were some things we did notice: kitchen supplies were were limited. Not sure if this is a Covid thing but many places have stock items with pantry staples and things like foil Ziploc bags. There were no baking pans. For those planning to cook that can be a nice touch. We also noticed that there were limited places to hang towels, wet bathing suits, etc. in the bathrooms. there is also not a lot of room to put shoes coats those kinds of things when you come in the front door. Maybe replacing the bench that’s there with something more functional like a shoe rack bench and maybe have a place to hang coats purses etc. The tack strip on the stairs was coming through the carpet and several of us stepped on it more than once. It may need some attention. Also, the grill was quite dirty before we used it. We did give it a good clean. The dining table was a little awkward as the leafs on the outside bent downward. We were a little concerned having the kids sit at the table. It all worked out. We understand there were some issues with the pool and hot tub that were being resolved. It was much dirtier than I would expect a vacation resort pool to be. We still very much enjoyed using the amenities.

We booked this property because we couldn’t find a hotel. It was a great place to stay. Very clean, plenty of room for everyone. We liked that the pool was accessible and there was a playground and pickle ball court for the kids to play on. There was even parking for trailers. We were very pleased with our stay.

Cutest rental I've ever seen! Loved the decor and it made our vacation feel cheery and bright! Right across from the pool/clubhouse area and we loved it! We loved the location too, very close to brand-new grocery stores, restaurants, and COSTCO! :) Definitely recommending to all of my family and friends!

Loved our stay!

I’m really really picky in what property I’ll stay in. The townhome is brand new and we were the first to stay in. Every detail was thought of! The decor was beautiful, professional, and there were flat screens in every room! Even the silverware was nice quality! (I notice those little things) The neighborhood was still being built, but there was no disturbing noises during our stay and it was quiet and peaceful and the location was easily accessible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat !
