A+ Location and Stay!

The house is in a wonderful location in Belmar, walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. Mario is extremely accommodating and was very helpful any time we had quick questions for him. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent on the shore!

Great house and location

The house beat all of our expectations. It was much larger than we expected and the location was prime. With just a short walk to the beach, the downtown area, bars and restaurants, we couldn’t be happier.

Gathering by the beach

We were joined by our adult children for a few days at the beach and to attend a wedding in the area. The house was as pictured. It had an old-time beachy feel that I remember from going to the beach as a kid. The backyard was great for our barbecue and the front porch was really lovely to sit out in the morning and the evening. Although we like softer beds, the bedrooms were large and provided plenty of sleeping space. Holly was very easy to communicate with and we did not have any issues upon arrival. It was a great three nights and we enjoyed the beautiful beach too!

Such a nice house with great location!

My friends and I rented out the house for a music festival we were going to in Asbury Park. The house had such a warm and welcoming vibe with great location! Within walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to asbury. We had an awesome time here and would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The House was cool,comfortable,and clean.Kitchen was adequately stocked.

Perfect location. Location was a short walk to beach and a short walk to Main Street(restaurants/beer & wine store). Short uber ride to Asbury Park. Perfect size house for our family of 8. Driveway easily accommodated 4 cars. Awesome porch. Nice gas grill out back. All our questions were answered in a timely fashion. We had a great Labor Day weekend. We would definitely stay there again next time we plan a vacation in Belmar!
