Our apartment of 3 rooms (75m2 + balcony 20m2), 4 stars, for 4 people, is located in Sainte Maxime in a dead calm closed residence with covered parking. Its proximity to the town center, shops and beaches (10 minute walk) and its exceptional view of the Gulf of St. Tropez make it an ideal holiday resort in summer and winter. Perfekte Wohnung in Gehdistanz zum Strand und Stadt

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet: Backofen, Mikrowelle, grosser Kühlschrank, genügend Pfannen und genügend Geschirr. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Saint-Tropez ist einfach herrlich. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen!

Séjour à Ste Maxime

Très chouette appartement, très très bien équipé, spacieux, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et une grande terrasse. Belle situation, à la fois proche du centre et dans un quartier très paisible. Propriétaires très disponibles et réactifs, bref je recommande sans hésiter.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Objekt wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr netter Empfang. Herrlicher Ausblick auf den Golfe de Saint Tropez. Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, sodass man das Auto ruhig stehen lassen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder! Danke Yannick!

Uitstekend

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door Isabelle. Kapotte broodrooster na 1 dag vervangen door een nieuwe. Uitstekende ligging, rustig en toch niet ver van gezellig centrum. Alleen jammer van kapot toilet in badkamer. Verder absoluut een aanrader !

Une magnifique location

L'appartement loué est superbe, et magnifiquement situé. C'est la première fois pour nous que la réalité dépasse la description disponible sur le site Abritel. En particulier les dimensions de la terrasse, et la vue sur mer sont à relever. Les images disponibles sur le site Abritel ne leur rendent pas justice :). Location à recommander chaudement.

Karakteristiek appartement in rustige buurt.

Dit gemoderniseerd appartement in een gemoedelijk en rustig gelegen appartementengebouw heeft alle moderne voorzieningen voor een verblijf in Sainte-Maxime. Vanaf het balcon heb je mooi uitzicht op een deel van de baai van St. Tropez. Het is een klein kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum van Ste. Maxime waar je alle winkels hebt voor je dagelijkse boodschappen. Er wordt in Ste-Maxime ook veel georganiseerd, ook op cultureel vlak. Voor ons is het een prima appartement geweest. Volgende keer weer!

Sehr komfortable, schöne Ferienwohung

Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und die Wohnung und die Benutzung der div. Installationen wurden uns sehr gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber, grosszügig und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles was es zum Schlafen, Kochen, Hygiene ist vorhanden und funktioniert bestens. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno in appartamento incantevole

L'appartamento di trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Sainte Maxime e dalle spiagge della città. La vista sul Golfo di Saint-Tropez di cui si può godere dall'ampio balcone dell'appartamento è fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben arredato (e il parcheggio privato un indubbio valore aggiunto). L'host Yannick è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Speriamo di avere la possibilità di ritornarci!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren eine Woche Anfang Juli in der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei den hohen Temperaturen waren die Klimaanlage und der Eiswürfelbereiter unsere Favoriten in der Wohnung. Auch sonst war alles wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation problemlos und schnell. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wirklich toll.

Nice Stay

This property was a wonderful place to stay with a great view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. To get to the Sainte Maxime port and restaurants would be about a 20-minute walk. The property is isolated from the city center up on a hill that overlooks the Gulf. It is quiet with beautiful landscaping and surroundings. A walk down to the water takes less than 10 minutes. The accommodations were great and the beds comfortable for rest. Everything for a nice stay was provided. A permanent resident of the apartment complex, Ray, was very helpful and fun to get to know, even offering to feed my family when we got to the apartment very late in the evening. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic view and close to the centre of Sainte Maxime

The view is superb and the balcony is large. On most evenings we would eat on the balcony while enjoying the lovely view. I should point out that you can’t really see Saint Tropez as this is blocked by another building, but it did not spoil our enjoyment of the view. The villa is very close to Sainte Maxime and it’s in a quiet residential area, we could walk to the market in the centre of Sainte Maxime in less than 10 minutes. The apartment has covered parking and I was even able to charge my electric car using a standard domestic socket (for me this was a great help!). The only minor negative point is that low slung cars can scape their underside when driving though the gate. Yannick and Isabelle were extremely helpful and easy to deal with and there are great neighbours in the apartment below. Highly recommended. We will return.

Super Sussicht

Hell, sauber, gut ausgerüstet, super Aussicht von Terrasse auf den Golf von Saint Tropez. Gute Lage, in Fussdistanz, ca 10 Min. ins Zentrum von Sainte Maxime. Würde ich sofort weiter empfehlen.
