Great Location Apartment with all the Amenities you could need!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Budapest. A fantastic location with a very short walk to major metro and tram lines that can take you all over this beautiful city. The cooking and washing facilities were an absolute plus and needed for a long stay. The host was also very communicative and helpful. Would recommend this place to all.

Excellent place to stay Host was very professional - communicated well and had a great self check in process. Enjoyed all the amenities of being at home - WiFi, coffee, washer/dryer, toaster...loved the location - right off Andrassy - and neighborhood. Top notch. Stayed 2 weeks. 5 of 5 stars ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall it was in short a great stay, the apartment was very nice, and comfortable, clean,and tidy very presentable. everything we needed for our 10 night Xmas break stay, even had a little Xmas tree there upon our Arrival. Such a lovely touch from the owners. Lovely. The area was very central and quiet, The owner Dominique was very quick to answer messages via whats app, and wished us a happy new year. We thought that was lovely. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to book one of Dominique’s the owner’s apartment again when we visit Budapest . Cheers 👍

Mezzanine sucks stairs to steep not for seniors that’s for sure

Some of the appliance like the dishwasher face missing did not used no instructions on how to use it until the end when the owner had to come and put a shower hose in that broke. Should have met me the first day to explain everything about the place.I fell in the stairs coming down that stairs are not a legal stairs. Key did not work to many tricks to open door to get in.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über alles was man für eine gute Aufenthalt braucht. Dominique ist ein guter und netter Host. Es war alles super und ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

Une adresse idéale

Logement très bien situé dans le centre-ville de Budapest. Ce petit appartement est confortable, bien équipé, propre et au calme dans un immeuble de belle facture donnant sur une jolie place. Il est au rez-de-chaussée mais n'ouvrant ni sur la rue, ni dans la cour de l'immeuble mais sur une courette intérieure sans vis à vis. Le couple de propriétaires est d'un bon contact, très soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes et présent quand il le faut. Deux éléments doivent retenir l'attention: - La hauteur sous-plafond sur la mezzanine est d'environ 1,60 m. - L'escalier d'accès est assez raide, à la descente il demande vigilance et prudence !

We spent 30 days in Budapest, it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed our time there.

Limpio, moderno y pequeño

El apartamento es limpio con muebles modernos y todo tipo de accesorios. Aunque no está en el centro está a 3minutos del metro. Es pequeño pero el espacio está bien aprovechado. Las dos camas pequeñas están en un altillo en el que no te puedes poner de pie. Da a un patio de luces interior. Las camas son cómodas la cocina pequeña pero bien amueblada Tiene secadora y lavadora pero le falta una puerta al WC. La entrada al edificio es algo deprimente pero no está mal en comparación con el resto de los edificios de Budapest

Logement spacieux moderne et fonctionnel

Appart très très bien localisé . Proche de tout et surtout très bien desservi. Parfait pour un couple avec un enfant. Sur place il ne manque rien et l accueil du maître des lieux et parfait. Gros avantage ce dernier est francais, il connaît très bien la ville et il est très sympathique .

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Budapest pendant les championnats du monde masters de natation

Ce logement refait à neuf et fonctionnel a été astucieusement aménagé afin d'apporter tout le confort nécessaire aux vacanciers. La description faite dans l'annonce correspond parfaitement au bien proposé. Beaucoup de rangements, équipements de cuisine adaptés pour 4 personnes, propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, décoration sobre et plaisante. L'appartement est très calme et est idéalement situé (50m du métro, centre ville accessible à pied, marché de plein air et couvert sur la place à côté, épiceries, boulangeries et restaurants à proximité). Le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Budapest et nous recommandons cette adresse d'excellent rapport qualité-prix. Christine O. (août 2017)

super petite location

nous avons passé de superbe vacance à Budapest. Le studio est confortable, petit mais bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympas. Le studio est bien situé et l'on peut faire pas mal de monuments à pied, il est aussi près du métro. Nous pensons même revenir une autre fois.

Appartement propre , bien situé !

Notre expérience a été très bien, l’appartement contenait tous les choses nécessaires pour faire la cuisine etc. Il est très utile que l’appartement soit situé près de l’arrêt de métro.

Agréable et idéalement situé

Studio cosy, calme et bien équipé. Le studio est très bien situé à 2 pas de l'avenue Andrassy et surtout à coté d'oktogon (hub avec de nombreuses lignes de tram) et de la place des héros (parc avec les bains de széchenyi et son lac transformé en patinoire durant l'hiver). Le seul bémol est la hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine qui peut poser problème aux personnes de grande de taille. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Agréable séjour grâce aux conseils éclairés du propriétaire.

Studio très propre, très bien rénové. Calme absolu, proche du métro et du centre à pied. Seul inconvénient la hauteur mini de la chambre en mezzanine. Le plus : le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous a fait faire le tour de la ville.

Appartamento meraviglioso e fornito di tutto! Ben attrezzato e recentemente ristrutturato. Zona comodissima (a due passi da bus, metro e negozi). Il proprietario è gentilissimo e super disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Très agréable séjour

Emplacement du studio au calme tout en étant proche du métro et de l'avenue Andrassy possibilité de se rendre à pied dans le centre ville ou à la place des héros en moins de 30 mn ...proximité de petits commerces dans le quartier. .. appartement refait à neuf et très bien équipé ...je communique les coordonnées aux personnes interessees dans mon entourage .

excellent séjour

Très bel appartement dans lequel tout est prévu (jusqu'à la climatisation ). La localisation du logement permet de bouger dans Budapest facilement à pied.De plus la volonté du propriétaire à vous faire passer un bon séjour sans problème est vivement ressentie en tout point. Merci pour tout. Location que je recommande à tous.
