This gorgeous brand new Five Points Bungalow is 2500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a 2 car garage. 2 Miles from downtown. 1/4 mile from 5 Points. 1 mile from Grocery store. Our property sleeps 10 people.
We are within walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville. 5 minute Uber ride downtown. Google Fiber 1 gig WiFi.

We provide Luxury for Less. We know what guests want...Comfortable beds with soft linens and plenty of blankets and pillows. Beautiful décor. Stocked kitchen. Free parking. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping....even live music.

With 4 fantastic bedrooms, all uniquely designed and comfortable so all guests will feel like they have plenty of room. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor. There is a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances.

We provide shampoo , Conditioner and soap. We also provide laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Trash bags. Toilet paper. Two double rolls per bathroom.

Great house and location!

This home is in a nice neighborhood and an easy Uber/Lyft ride to all of the places in Nashville you'd want to see. Very clean and perfect layout. We were really happy with it! Thank you again!

Great Home and Host

We absolutely loved the home. Was very comfortable and plenty of room. Had all of the amenities we needed and then some. Great location to get anywhere we needed. Close to airport, down town, stadium, grand ole opry, etc. Christina our host was amazing. Very responsive and great communication. Only complaint we had about home was, every single home around it was under construction. So was woken up early morning to construction noises. Nobody to blame but that could have been mentioned before our stay. Once construction is done around there, this home is a 10/10 and we will surely stay here again with our next trip to Nashville. Thank you for such a great place

Spacious home in East Nashville

Modern, spacious home in East Nashville. Easily fit our family of 7, ranging in age from 13-80. All bedrooms on second floor with common areas on the first. Easy walk to Five Points. 10 min. Uber ride to Broadway. Only bummer was the construction noise in the early AM.

Property was nice and big for the 8 of us. Good location. Construction to a new house next door could have been noted. The parking was hard because of the construction workers that started at 8am. Neighborhood was nice and had some cute shops. Would stay again for sure.

Lovely place.

This property had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and beautiful kitchen and main area. Construction was a bit of a nuisance but we managed. Thank you for being so responsive to our request for fans.

Beautiful house and comfy beds!

This house is beautiful and we loved the neighborhood. We could walk to many restaurants and shops if we didn’t feel like going downtown Nashville. Would love to come back!

Great property - Centrally located in East Nashville

We had a wonderful time in Nashville for our NYE family trip of 8 adults. This property was perfect. It had everything we needed from plenty of space for all of us to hang out to the many games throughout the living area. The house was very clean. It’s was central to all the East Nashville foodie places. Everything was a short walk. Very close to Broadway with a 9 minute Uber ride. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Nashville.

We didnt venture out a lot but it was a great location to everything you need! House was beautiful and very stocked, only thing we would recommend is more insulation in the primary bedroom it was freezing!! It was a great stay and we made great memories!

We were 4 couples staying at this property. There was lots of room for everyone. Loved the large kitchen living room combo. The kitchen was very well stocked. (Bring your own coffee) The beds were very comfortable. It was a great location, safe and walking distance to Broadway.

Roomy getaway/Great location

We had 8 adults stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen/living area is open and a great place to gather and visit. Kitchen was very well equipped with anything you need. Quiet, safe neighborhood in a central location. Five Points is walking distance. Drive to Broadway/Ryman 10 mins, 20 mins to Grand Ole Opry or Belle Meade, 30 mins to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Our group of 8 adults were amazed by this property! It was very spacious and provided all amenities that anyone may require! The beds were so comfortable and the house was clean and fresh upon arrival! Uber rides to Broadway area were reasonable in price and it was only about 5-7 mins from door front to drop off! We also enjoyed that there were restaurants/bars in walking distance. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend.

Do not hesitate...book this home now!

This was by far the best home we have rented for vacation (and we have rented many). It is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. The owner was extremely easy to work with. The location is a short uber ride to music row ($10 when uber isn't surging and ~$25 when it is). I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Nashville area. If you don't want to go downtown, you don't have to, there are plenty of places within a very short walk right near the house. I cannot stress enough how great this house was. There were 8 adults on my trip and we have more than enough space. It was clean and very updated. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Very nice house that's close to downtown.

Had 5 couples stay at this property for my wifes 40th birthday. Very clean and comfortable, walking distance to some restaurants and bars. Ubers were easy to get and not overly expensive to go downtown. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

From the second we walked in, we were beyond happy! The house was even bigger and more spacious than we expected. Everything is well maintained and very clean. We were able to walk to many shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, and Uber rides to downtown Nashville were quick and easy. It was the perfect rental for what we needed. I am definitely going to try and book it again for our future trips!

Awesome stay

This place was wonderful. Very clean, beautiful, and exactly what the pictures showed. The location was within walking distance to Five Points. We took several walks there for dinner and drinks. Great restaurants and some really quaint bars. We had no problems or reason to contact the owners. Everything went smoothly. If we visit Nashville again we would not hesitate to rent again. We used Uber to get into Broadway. Only about a 10 minute ride.

Best place to stay in Nashville

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. Probably the best place we have stayed in and we have stayed in many places. Extremely clean, beautiful, perfect layout and great communication with host. Short walking distance to coffee shops, quaint cafes and boutiques. Very safe area. Perfect location. Short Uber rides to Broadway ranging between $5 - $12 each way. Thank you for having us.
