Sunset Waterfront Resort is one of Kelowna’s finest luxury resort accommodations located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. This luxury resort offers panoramic views of the city and beautiful mountains along with stunning views of Okanagan Lake. Located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to coffee shops, stores, and restaurants as well as a casino and live entertainment venues.

Great Lake view from this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom suite. The master provides a King Bed and Ensuite, while the second bedroom also has a Queen Bed. This suite is equipped to accommodate 4 guests MAX.

*Please note: This suite does NOT have a sofa bed

There are TV’s located in the master bedroom and living room only. Full cable service along with high speed internet, as well as extra towels and linens, washer and dryer and laundry supplies and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space.

Sunset Waterfront holiday

Location and views are 5 star

We loved the property and location and will go back. The suite we had needs a little TLC. The furniture and linens should be updated. So, we'd consider a different suite in the building. However, there is so much to do downtown that we spent less time in our suite than we expected. Views and location are awesome.

Fantastic!

This is a fantastic condo! The views are outstanding and the location is wonderful. Easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, boardwalk, etc. It was so peaceful there. Highly recommend it!

Great place to stay!

We rented this unit last year, and decided to make a repeat trip this year. Great location to the beach as well as to the downtown. Very quiet with lots of families. Beautiful view of the lake. Balcony is perfect to sit out in the morning with shade and sun in the afternoon. The unit is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the mattresses are exceptional! Wish I had this type of mattress at home! Thanks.

Perfect Stay

View was so beutiful, such great walks on beach, room was great (lots of space and clean), building and pool/hot tub were awesome. The guy renting it was so helpful whenever we had a question (even if it was late).
