From the pictures, the property looks fairly updated. On closer inspection, it's a sort of a mixed bag.
The Property
Kitchen is all new. The master bath looked like a DIY re-model in there. Brand new vanity, new medicine cabinet, but the shower is still the same almond fiberglass and super tight. BUT, the fact that it HAD 2 bathrooms was a huge plus . While it is only a single bedroom, there were two pull-outs in the living room. We only pulled one out, the other was comfortable as a couch. Furniture is dated, but master bed was super comfortable.
Parking:
There are only about 12 super-tight car ports. I backed in a Nissan Pathfinder with 2" on either side of the mirrors. But, I never until departure.
Elevator:
Seems like a commonly reviewed item. It was working the day I arrived. From the car port, it opens literally into the front door of 203. Being on the first floor, it would actually be MORE convenient to take the stairs, but, to take the stairs (as we did when the elevator broke down), its not as straight forward as you would think. There is literally no signage for the stairs on our floor. You have to go through a door to get "outside", then back into one of the condo "cluster" doors (small foyer where 3 condo doors are), then through another door into the stairwell, then back out. By day 3 I think we finally got it figured out and then the elevator was fixed again.
Location.
One morning while everyone was sleeping, I wanted to grab some Starbucks. As I walked out of the complex I was staring right at the front door. We booked our rental gear from Rebel sports (also on property). They were SUPER accommodating. It is smaller than the Copper rentals, but I felt like we got personal service. Lastly...the gear locker was right at the edge of the bar-b-que place, which opened into the center area. You walked outside and were basically IN the line for the gondola. It was nice just to walk there, jump on the gondola for the first run (while its still cold), then after the first run, roll right into the regular lift line. It was also cool to watch everyone coming down the slope and then watch the groomers at night out the window.
If you are looking for reasons to nit-pick, they are there. But the location was tough to beat and for the money, its still a great value.
