Gorgeous views of the Bay. Two balconies and cozy, clean and spacious two bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. One queen pillow top bed. Twin bunk beds. One sleeper sofa and one full size sleeper option in common area for sleeping as well. If you choose to use this option you can sleep up to 8. 1 full
Spacious bathroom includes tub and shower.
Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony that overlooks the boat basin/marina with a side view of the bay. You can also enjoy wine or coffee on this balcony while sitting at the bistro table and chairs. Dining options include Angelos world famous seafood and nearby tropical trader local shrimping family. Enjoy an evening stroll to either of these wonderful lunch or dinner options. Several boat slips within a mile. The clear and refreshing pool is also very family friendly. Laundry facility located on property. Basket ball and tennis courts are also located on property. Mashes Sand -Panacea

We had a great time. The place was nice! Host answered our questions very timely. Neighbors were friendly. Just a couple of fixes could make it a 5 star rate. Towel bars in bathroom need to be tightened up so they don’t fall off. Hot water knob in bathroom sink needs gluing. Pillows NEED to be washed. They are stained. Recliner is definitely seen it’s better days. But we used it. We give it a thumbs up overall!

Great stay! It was close to Marshes Sands beach. We felt safe with the gate entrance.

The property was clean and tidy. I was surprised at the lack of neatness in the cabinets and linen closet, though. it was hard to find anything. It was as if the outside looked great, but behind the cabinets....I mention this only to make the owner aware.We enjoyed our stay, though, and will be back! Thank you for making this condo available for travelers like us@

Just a short trip to town to visit family nearby. I’ve stayed in almost every one of the rental condos in the neighborhood and this one doesn’t disappoint either.Well organized, clean, and family friendly. Great place!

We loved staying here! Place is very clean, beds are comfortable and host was very accommodating. My son was able to walk outside and fish. We walked to Angelo’s for dinner and the beach is very close. We will be staying here again :)

We enjoyed the condo. We are older so it would have been nice to have choice of ground floor or stairs. Stairs were a challenge. Nice decks front and rear.

Very nice accommodations, kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, large front and rear porch. Located across from pool and tennis court which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This Is My Happy Place

I live in Nashville and my daughter is a sophomore at FSU. When we visit her in Tallahassee this is the place to stay. It's cozy, comfortable, and clean. A much better option than staying at an overpriced hotel in the capital. Only a forty-five minute drive to campus, it's a quiet, secluded spot that offers us way more options for relaxing than the big city. A five minute cruise to a gorgeous EMPTY beach at Mashes Sands. There's great food within walking distance at Angelo's Seafood, or local options only a short drive away. There's awesome fishing, great golf, beautiful views, and we never grow tired of lounging on the deck. Maria is amazing and always available when we have questions. We have stayed here three times already, and will most definitely be back. It's our happy place.

Great (but too short) trip

Pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 for our short trip for the FSU game. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Loved having two decks and enjoyed watching sunsets with a glass of wine. Very quiet neighborhood, hoping we can come back for a longer stay in the near future

Mashed Sands

No problem with the property or the stay. The VRBO app is a bit challenging. The codes they sent repeatedly came up“ not valid” on my iphone. My fiancé opened his iPad at home and we got in, but when we got there weary after driving 15 1/2 hours over two days, same deal, and we had no Wi-Fi to connect the iPad.

Great Location

Spacious, nice, but could use a bit more care with cleanliness (since we pay for cleaning). Didn't have toilet paper, bathroom needs updated & kitchen needs repaied (undercabinet lights didn’t work). Pretty well appointed, though.
