About this property

Located in a quiet north-end cul de sac that feels like a home away from home. Interior featuring art from Pacific Northwest artists, bedrooms designed to invite relaxation, living area provides communal space for playing, laughing, talking, & eating at the end of your central Oregon day of fun. The outside deck with privacy hot tub surround adds serenity.
Two large master suites with king beds and two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two singles) offer privacy for all guests. All bedrooms open to a central greatroom (with 52' flat screen TV, Yamaha surround sound, iPod dock and free wifi) with large well-stocked gourmet kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, there are six bikes in the garage (4 adult, one medium, one small and one pull along cart) with the endless Sunriver bike path right out the back door. End the day with ping pong in the garage, hot-tubbing, card games, mind games, TV, music, or quiet reading. Perfect for active families, a working retreat or quiet getaway. Guests of our home receive 10 unlimited guest passes to Sunriver's pools and tennis courts. We allow well behaved dogs on the hardwood floors. Two strollers, infant travel bed/playpen & high chair on site.
The attached back deck has comfortable adirondack seating, dining table for 10, and gas grill in a peaceful wooded setting. 'Under the stars' hot tub surrounded by privacy wall ends a perfect day of outdoor activities.

Great for families, short walk to grocery store!

Two huge wins on this home - comfortable beds for all, and great bathroom situation! Everyone slept well with cozy beds and pillows, which always makes for a much more pleasant stay! We had a group of 6, and having only 2 humans to each bathroom was a great convenience. The North end grocery store is a super short walk; we probably had at least one walking trip there each day. Kids had a blast playing the available games in the house. It is difficult to tell from the property photos how close the home is to some higher traffic roads (which in Sunriver is still light), but this was not a bad thing at all, just a surprise. Definitely recommend this place to others.

House on north east side

Easy to get and easy drive to village. Nice and roomy lots of games. The back bed room on the right was freezing not sure heat can get to that room so bring extra blankets. Other than that great family house. We had two adults and three adult children. Would definitely rent again.

This is a lovely house with a fully-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, terrific layout, and a great outdoor patio. We highly recommend this for couples and families.

Nice house. Great place to stay for a family

We came to Sunriver for a family reunion and our family stayed in this house. It was comfortable, the kitchen is large and well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group. The great room is also large and comfortable. the dining room table is big enough for a large group, and the tables and seating on the deck easily accommodated our family gatherings of around 14 people for dinner. The location is perfect for family activities. We explored caves, hiked, floated the Deschutes River several times, rode bikes, and did some rock climbing at Smith Rock (about an hour north). The owner was very responsive to a couple questions that we had. Overall and A++ experience.

Great place to stay!

Well appointed home

This home was well appointed, with a wonderful layout and large enough for the 8 of us. It was also great for my mother-in-law to move around with her walker. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great house for our family!

We have rented many properties in Sunriver over the years and this was one of the best! The house was extremely clean and well organized and had everything we could have asked for! The bikes were in great shape, the infant stroller and pack and play were perfect and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t use the hot tub or ping pong/pool table, but if our group hadn’t included young children we would have. There was also a good variety of games for kids and adults. We have never stayed on the north end before, but it was very convenient for walking to the North Market and for getting quickly to the Highway for day trips. The house has a great floor plan with the two master and feels larger than it is. I would definitely recommend this house and consider it for future trips to Sunriver!

Wonderful home for a family trip

We had a great time with our group. The house is further from the Village then we are used to but we loved the quieter neighborhood. The house was easy to find, well laid out, and had a wonderfully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook everything we wanted with no issues. The adults loved the dual primary bedrooms and the kids loved the hot tub and exploring in the space out back.

Family Vacation

Our group of 8 adults had a great time! Everyone had a bed to sleep in, the open living space was great because we were always together! The pool table was a huge plus for the guys. Definitely would stay again.

Just Right

This beautiful home was such a great place to stay. The beds and furniture are quality and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and it’s clean. We loved the available bikes, hot tub and pool table. The large outdoor table was especially great to gather around for meals or games. There were many family games available to play. It’s really a wonderful place to spend family time together.

Great for everyone

This is our second time staying at Anne’s and it was even better than the first. The house is stocked with all the amenities one would need (bikes, trailer, jogging stroller, spices, shampoo/conditioner) etc with perfect layout. SHARC passes are great and the location on the Northern side is perfect and close to everything while still being low key. Would recommend!

Well Stocked, Very Clean Home

This home is very well stocked w/so many options for cooking and activities. The home is also very clean and very comfortable. If you are vacationing w/grandparents or another family the home is a perfect layout with two Master Suites one being on the other side of the house. We had a wonderful visit!

Sun River Thanksgiving Reunion

We had a fabulous time in Sun River! The house was incredibly comfortable and the two master suites made everyone feel very spread out. We had relatives nearby and we cooked our holiday assignments in the well equipped kitchen complete with spices and cuisinart! The house was even more comfortable than it appeared and even my 87 year olds mother remarked on how nice it was. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect House, Wonderful Vacation!

The house was perfect for families or couples! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was well stocked with amenities. We loved the two master suites, the queen bedroom and bedroom with two twin beds and the three bath rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with any dish or cooking utensil you might need. The family room was great for hanging out and watching a movie or playing games (it has lots of board games). My family loved the ping pong/ combo pool table. The patio has two long tables perfect for entertaining out doors and a gas grill. The bikes were wonderful for exploring Sun River's trails. It was a super comfortable, warm inviting house. We did not have time to try the hot tub on this visit. Anne, the host was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Trip

Well stocked kitchen! Family loved having pool, ping pong, and bikes. Two master bedrooms separated by great room/kitchen worked well for grandparents. Deck had plenty of seating. Walking distance to store was convenient. House needs a little TLC, some blinds wouldn't work, stove burner out.

Nice spot

Overall very nice. Nice house with a good setup for two families. Location is near the edge of sunriver pretty far from the Village or SHARC, but is close to one of two grocery stores in town and accesses HWY 97 so you can get in and out of SR more easily and avoid the main entrance. Kids suggest better ping-pong paddles 😅

Great property!

We had a great vacation at this property. The hot tub was fun. We rode bikes all over Sunriver and it was beautiful and relaxing. Loved the two main suites and big kitchen.
