Welcome! I absolutely love sharing my home with guests while I am away. I stay in many Airbnb's while I travel and I have set up my home to reflect a place I would be happy to stay in and that offers conveniences I would enjoy.

The entire home has new carpet and CLEAN is my middle name. My guests remark over and over how clean my home is.

Living room has a 55" Smart TV, but with the beautiful view off the deck, you may never turn it on! No local channels, but Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube among many other free App are available,

Bedroom: 1 queen bed with the crispest, softest linens ever. I hate to sleep on old bedding and I promise my guests will always have new crisp clean linens and freshly laundered duvet covers. Linens are replaced each season. A new CASPER mattress for 2023!

Gas BBQ on the deck overlooking the 4th fairway and 150' from the Middle Fork Feather River.

Kitchen is stocked with oil, vinegars and a variety of spices and staples. Coffee and tea provided. Coffee pot, pour over or French press- your choice!

Appliances for your use include Instapot, crockpot, Air Fryer and so much more!

Bathroom has all the essentials including TP, blow-dryer and toiletry extras in case you forget something.

Laundry detergent is available in the laundry room as well as an iron and ironing board.

A little slice of heaven

Sandy, your home was perfectly set up and was by far, the best stocked home I've ever stayed in. I had every breakfast on your patio and enjoyed a beer at sunset - and a gorgeous view of the fairway, too. I just wish I could have stayed a few more days......

Beautiful Home & Very Comfortable!

Highly recommend this lovely property with pretty view of golf course and woods. Beautiful home, very clean, with comfortable furniture. Host Sandy thought of absolutely everything and I really appreciated all the extra touches. Lovely blankets to curl up on the couch, books, games, large garage for parking, and more! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Sandy was great to communicate with. Everything is set up to make it a terrific stay.

Very happy with the whole stay. From the ease of the check in process, how convenient the home is set up and how welcoming the home is. The check out process was simple and easy to understand. The view from the home is very nice. Access to the surrounding area was convenient.

Beautiful, clean stay on the golf course

Spent two nights here while in town for a wedding at Twenty Mile House in Cromberg. Check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable, and the surroundings were beautiful. Would stay here again if we found ourselves nearby.

We had the best time ever staying here!

We came to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary, Sandy was so kind and had flowers waiting for us when we came, as well a gift certificate to the local ice cream shop! The property was meticulously cared for! We would love to come back again and stay again!

Well appointed property

Very neat and clean, fun to stay right on the golf course. Several very good places to dine out nearby, but the kitchen was so well stocked easy to make gourmet and stay in also. Lots of nearby outdoor hiking and scenery. Would definitely stay here again if we vacation in the Graeagle-Blairsden area in the future.

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding at the 20 Mile House. We had never been to the area . We were so happy when we arrived at Sandy’s house as it was so warm and welcoming. You can tell that Sandy puts an effort into making sure everything is there for her guests. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The view off the patio looking over the golf course was beautiful. We would definitely want to book with her again next time we go to the area.. Thanks so much Sandy!

Weekend stay in Graeagle Area.

The house was neat, clean and very comfortable. The host was very helpful with directions, instructions on how to access the property and providing the basics for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If we ever return to the Graeagle area again I would be happy to stay at this home again.

A Graeagle Treasure...especially for golfers.

This is a lovely property. It's nicely decorated and well maintained. The owner is super responsive. We didn't have a chance to play the golf course, but we did enjoy the patio and the birds.
