New apartment placed in service in August 2015, with an area of 140m2, at 300 metres from the beach, 100 metres from the daily market and small shops, and 300 metres from the supermarket. The apartment is fully equipped for 6/8 persons, air conditioning, 1 parental suite, 1 bedroom with double bed (king size beds) and a bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 large balconies, fully equipped kitchen, parking in a private garage. We also have all the necessary equipment to receive a baby. We can add two extra beds. The residence has 2 swimming pools, a children's park and a gymnasium, all quiet. The apartment is located less than an hour from Lisbon, 15 kilometres from Nazare, 30 kilometres from Peniche and 200 kilometres from Porto. For more information, please contact us.

5 estrelas!

We were a group of two couples and 3 kids who spent 3 nights in this appartment and were very pleased. Everything was as described. It was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The kids loved the diversity of toys. Very spacy and clean. Close from everything. The owner was very kind and we had no problems at all with the booking. Overall 5 stars! Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment but no Wi-Fi

The apartment is large and clean, it can easily accommodate six guests. The parking garage of the building is very convenient and secure. The location of the apartment makes it a good home base if you want to spend time in the Obedos and Nazaré region. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach and super market. It would be better if the cleaning fees would be clearly indicated with the other fees such as pet fees and additional guest fees. I had a surprise when I inquired about the cleaning fees, the total jumped by 150 Euros. While the new amount might be warranted, it would be better to show the amount up front. Also, there was no Wi-Fi available at all. I had read some older reviews about the Wi-Fi being unreliable but I took for granted (my bad!) that the issue had been solved. If you don’t need Wi-Fi, you will not be disappointed with this apartment.

Worst holiday we have ever had

Initially the owner did not give us the full address. We had to telephone the property manager who had very little English and she picked us up at our arrival bus stop after the 2nd call. We added 2 guests for 1 week and the cleaner asked for nearly double the original amount quoted by the owner in cash and also wanted extra cash to change the bed and vacuum the apartment during the middle of our stay. We felt it inappropriate to pay cash and asked for an invoice from the owner. We declined the offer of the cleaning and did it ourselves. The owner has refused to refund our damage deposit as he said that the cleaner found a white dog hair in the apartment. At no time did we have a dog in the premises, which the cleaner knew as she had picked us up at the bus stop and we informed the owner that it must have been there when we arrived. I have white hair and felt personally insulted by the inference. The owner has still not sent us an invoice reflecting what he originally quoted for the payment for the extra guests. We would not go back and we could not recommend this apartment to anybody.

Séjour à San Martinho Do Porto

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la ville de San Martinho Do Porto. Les gens sont agréable , beaucoup parlent le Français et engagent facilement la conversation. Nous avons loué un appartement par Abritel. Nous avons été très bien accueillit malgré nos différences de langues. L'appartement nous a été bien présenté. Il correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Il est placé pour aller en ville ou pour partir visiter les alentours (Nazaré, Peniche, Leira Fatima, Obidos, Bathala etc.. Il est grand, propre, rien ne manque pour notre confort. Il est calme et bien exposé, pas de bruit. Il est à 400 m de la plage, il y a une belle place pour garer sa voiture au garage. Il y a un commerce alimentaire à 200 m Il y a toujours un correspondant Français qui vous répond au moindre souci et c'est très rassurant. Nous remercions particulièrement Navia et Raoul pour leur réactivité et leur simplicité. Nous le recommandons le logement pour 6 personnes qui seront l'aise.. Tout nous donne envie de revenir, nous sommes sans regret. We had a great stay in the city of San Martinho Do Porto. People are nice , many speak French and easily engage the conversation. Apartamento com boas áreas, cozinha bem equipada, limpo, lugar de estacionamento coberto e com uma localização excelente (perto da baía). Wunderschöner Urlaub, wunderschöne Wohnung!

Eine sehr geschmackvoll, luxuriös eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (Waschmaschine, jedes Zimmer inkl. Küche mit TV, etc.) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie benötigt. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit der Hausverwalter als auch mit dem Eigentümer war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Eine Verstopfung des Abflusses am Ankunftstag wurde umgehend am Folgetag (Sonntag!!) durch einen Handwerker behoben, was unsererseits gar nicht so dringend nötig war, da die Wohnung über zwei Badezimmer verfügt. Das Auto haben wir bequem in der zur Wohnung gehörenden Tiefgarage parken können. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 min. Fußweg, zum nächsten Supermarkt 2 min. In der näheren Umgebung kann hat man fußläufig viele Restaurants. Wenn man bereit ist ein wenig länger zu laufen (10 min.) dann hat man abseits des Touristenzentrums am Strand auch sehr gute, kleine Restaurants mit regionalem Essen. Sehr empfehlen können wir "Cantinho do Amigo" und "A Nova Gaivota". Einziges Manko der Wohnung: leider kein W-Lan. Das wird allerdings auch im Inserat angegeben so dass es keine Überraschung war. Wir finden es ein wenig unzeitgemäß. Vielen Dank Raul, Vania, Nelson und Luis Miguel, dass Ihr uns einen schönen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht habt.

O sol fez falta

O apartamento é óptimo, lindo, espaçoso e conforme o anúncio, excepto no ar condicionado (teria dado mais jeito o comando do ac em vez de termos que ligar e desligar no botão). Foi o único senão, facilmente ultrapassável... achámos uma boa escolha. Não fora a falta de sol e marcaríamos já novas férias :-)

Uma casa fora de casa.

O apartamento é ótimo, muito limpo e espaçoso.. Muito bem localizado com a rua da marginal bem próxima. São Martinho do Porto é uma praia linda e muito bom para quem viaja com crianças. O apartamento também, inclusive com brinquedos e TV em todos os quartos, sala e cozinha.

Em geral foi ótima, a casa super limpa e apresentável, correspondentnde às fotografias. Pontos menos bons, casa equipada com ar-condicionado mas não tinhamos os comandos para poder ligar e não haver Internet, mas que no anúncio é claro em relação á internet. No final, um sítio a voltar e uma excelente casa já de referência :)

Boas instalações, mas com alguns pontos a melhorar

Apartamento espaçoso, cozinha bem equipada, relativamente perto da praia (cerca de 800 m). Piscinas com pouca manutenção, quer o interior quer o exterior. A tv só tem os canais públicos, falta Wi-Fi ( o que em pleno século XXI não se justifica). E para quem gosta de uns bons grelhados também não aconselho porque não se pode usar grelhador.

A situação geografica da propriedade, a exímia limpeza da casa, o extremo bom gosto na decoração, a qualidade e quantidade de electrodomésticos, o aconchego sentido, a seguranca, a higiene e cuidado dos espaços exteriores, a existência de lugar de garagem e o acesso ao mesmo tornam esta propriedade de qualidade superior e altamente recomendada.
