Sehr schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Francesco ist ein gut organisierter und erfahrener Vermieter, davon konnten wir beim Checkin, seinen Tipps für den Aufenthalt und beim Checkout profitieren. Die Entfernung zum Meer Ist zu Fuß gut zu machen. Zwei Sonnenschirme mit je zwei Liegen, kosten in der 1. September Woche in der letzten Reihe 50 €. Haustüre willkommen. Gute Bahn Anschluss.

Hallo, soweit war alles in Ordnung. Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Wenn nebenan der Fernseher lief (übrigens auch am späten Abend) wurde man leider geweckt. Das war wirklich nicht gut. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt in Alassio war im allgemeinen sehr schön, allerdings mit Kindern etwas ungünstig gewählt. Die Schwierigkeit lagen an der Strandsituation. Entweder man war zwingend auf das Auto angewiesen, oder man nutzen einen der wenigen Plätze am Strand die umsonst waren, dafür aber völlig überlaufen. Alle andern Plätze, waren mit Liegen und Schirme ausgestattet, die man für viel Geld hätte mieten können. Als Pärchen, ohne Kinder aber jederzeit wieder.

Appartement propre et confortable.

A deux pas du centre et de la plage, l'appartement est idéalement placé. Le seul défaut est le canapé lit pas très confortable pour un couple. Francesco nous a donné de très bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Vacanza ad ad Alassio e a La Spezia

Buongiorno purtroppo e' la seconda volta che ci affidiamo alla vostra piattaforma , nel periodo pre Covid avevamo affittato un appartamento a La Spezia di cui e' meglio stendere un velo pietoso per le condizioni in cui abbiamo dovuto soggiornare e li abbiamo pensato di essere stati sfortunati mentre questa volta per un altro "problema" siamo stati dirottati in un appartamento diverso da quello che ci era stato assegnato. Non credo che serva molto quello che vi ho indicato ma di sicuro dovreste fare molta piu' attenzione agli appartamenti che fate affittare nella piattaforma alla quale uno si affida pensando che dietro ci sia un maggior controllo.

Schöne Wohnung, praktisch gelegen

Die Wohnung ist super, geräumig und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos auf Englisch möglich. Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz ca. 5-8min in Laufnähe (keine Garage, aber ein verschliessbares Tor). Die Nähe zum Strand und Meer ist unschlagbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, aber keinen Meerblick. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, für empfindliche Schläfer könnte das ein Problem sein. Fahrstuhl ist klein, aber funktioniert super - man muss keine Treppen steigen, wenn man nicht mag oder kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, Dusche top, immer warm Wasser. Kochen und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Alloggio comodissimo in posizione centrale.. forse un pó piccolo per 6 persone ma per il resto ottimo Unico neo ( ma colpa mia che non ho letto bene le caratteristiche!) è la mancanza della lavastoviglie.

Appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi dal budello di Alassio, confortevole e comodo per raggiungere anche la stazione. Forse un pò stretti se si soggiorna in 6, Francesco sempre disponibile alle evenienze. Per il prezzo lo consiglio.

Spacious and clean appartment near by the sea

The clean and newly furnished appartment was fully sufficient for our family of six. Located only a few minutes walk from the beach in a quiet side street. Francesco was helpfull and reacted immediately on our requests. We were grateful for the parking place in walking distance and included in the price. The only thing we missed was a cosy place to sit outside in the evening and the inner courtyard was sorrowly not inviting.

The apartment is really well positioned and confortable

We have spent there 2 weeks and everything has been as expected. Nicely organized and also very close to the center. The owner has been very kind for all our requests. An absolute plus has been the private parking space made available to us by the owner. Considering the busy areas, having such a parking slot (not close to the apartment) has been really helpful. Highly recommended!

Great, clean place with very nice owner

Perfect appartment for holiday! Very close at the beach and center. Me and my family loved to stay at this location. The flat is big and very clean. I liked the privided linen, so less luggage for us. I can absolutely recommend it!

comodo e confortevole

molto vicino al mare e al centro. quindi si può fare tutto a piedi, dimenticandosi l'automobile. appartamento ampio di grande vivibilità, pulito e dotato di comfort. riammodernato di recente, con arredo gradevole. lo consiglio a famiglie con bimbi. gentilissimo il signor Francesco che ci ha accolti. lo ringrazio di cuore.
