42nd Wedding anniversary

This place is amazing. Clean, beautiful and amazing views. I highly recommend for a couple. Love everything about this place. Can't wait to go back. St John is a beautiful island, people are so nice, and beaches are gorgeous.

Best Vacation We've Ever Had

We can't say enough of how much we loved the property. Hannah was amazing and so attentive and so fast to respond to ANY questions or needs we had, which weren't many. This rental exceeded any expectations. From the views to the pool, it was exactly and more of what we wanted. It was close and convenient to Cruz Bay. We rented a jeep and we were SO glad that we did to be able to explore the island and get to and from the rental property. The drive to the rental was a fun little drive up and down hills and it was amazing to get to experience "island life" like the locals do. We can't even put in to words how much we loved the rental and the island. We are already looking at dates for next year to return and would love to make this an annual trip to stay in this rental. It had everything and more than we wanted. The refrigerator and freezer...the kitchen altogether... was awesome. The living space was perfect and it was so nice sitting on the couch and being able to look out to the pool and have the view. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for the very accurate description of the property! We can't wait to be back soon!

Great stay in St. John!

Hannah was great and easy to communicate with during our stay. The place was located close to Cruz Bay with nice views over St. John! Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend renting a jeep to explore the island!

25th anniversary trip

We could not have been more pleased with this experience. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and communication with the property host was impeccable. Pictures do not do justice to this property and the outdoor space was perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our mornings, drinking coffee overlooking Cruz Bay, and there may not be a better place on the island to watch the sunset. Whether it’s a honeymoon, anniversary, or just a getaway, you can’t go wrong with this stunning property. We will definitely be returning!

Incredible Views

This was our first visit to St. John. I had no idea how lucky we were to find a place with an incredible outdoor living space and views! Hannah was very helpful and responsive. She provided us with several other resources/suggestions to assist with our trip planning including a jeep rental (highly suggested if booking this property). The bed is large and comfortable and there were plenty of towels including beach towels. The kitchen was huge! Our friends stayed in a smaller villa on the same property and we often used our kitchen to cook and dine together. The kitchen could have used a few more dishes (bowls) for food prep, but other than that offered all you need. Overall, we LOVED our stay at Paradise Found Pool Villa and are definitely considering reserving it again for a future visit to St. John.

Hillside escape

It was so lovely to sit above the town and harbor with vista views. The hill climb was a feat of exercise that we enjoyed several times during our stay.

Beautiful week in St John

Hannah’s villa by the hills has the most gorgeous views. My husband and I really enjoyed being able to wake up each morning and sit out by the pool and look at the water views from all sides. We saw a few beautiful rainbows right over Cruz Bay. The space inside was perfect and very comfortable. It is a quick five minute drive to town, but we highly recommend a jeep or 4x4 of some type.

Spectacular!

A long awaited vacation and the Villa did not disappoint. Hannah was the best host and responded to every question we had promptly. We forgot our charger and rather than go buy one she graciously dropped one for us to use. Definitely would go back. Stunning views and perfect accomodations. We could not be happier with our choice and the excellent service. Thank you Hannah.

She was easily accessible and very thorough from check in/out to including a ton of recommendations for restaurants, shopping, beaches, transportation, etc. She met all our needs and more. Honeymoon Stay

Beautiful villa, patio with private pool and gorgeous view is a show-stopper!

Amazing property! We had such a great time at Paradise Found. The patio and private pool was a real highlight - What a view!! We started each day sipping coffee in the morning looking out at the water and islands in the distance... ending the day with a cocktail and an evening dip. Outdoor showers were great. The inside of the villa is modern and has everything you need. The kitchen is amazing. Inside bathroom has a tub and shower, double-sink. Air conditioning worked great. Beach chairs and coolers provided for use. Great location just minutes from Cruz Bay. We will be back!!

Excellent property for a couple!

My husband and I spent four nights at this lovely cottage/condo. The property has a shared entrance with one other unit, and I believe there are another two units below. But it was VERY private. We had beautiful views from the pool deck down into town. The location was very convenient. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. Bedroom/bathroom were bright and spacious. But best of all was the pool. It wasn't large but the perfect size for a dip after a long, hot day hiking or at the beach. We'll definitely be back!!

Honeymoon in Paradise

The property was a great location. Very close to the car ferry, Cruz Bay, StarfIsh Market, Mongoose Junction, the beaches, and centerline road to get to the Coral Bay side. The bed was comfy, couch was comfy, pool was perfect temp. This was a great get away location and would totally rent again.

Amazing first visit to St. John!

For my 40th birthday and our 15th anniversary - my husband and I took a kid-free trip to St. John, staying in Paradise Found! We absolutely loved the accommodations and St. John (our first visit to the island)! Prior to the trip, a friend recommended we stay in the Cruz Bay area for our first trip, and I think that was good advice. We loved the view of the water from the back deck. Hannah was very responsive, and offered lots of great tips for our first visit. I would love to return, and I would recommend this property to my friends!

Breathtaking Views

My wife, kids (14 and 17 years old), and I loved this property. The deck and pool are amazing and the interior is cozy and very well-appointed. Proximity to Cruz Bay, mini markets, gas, etc. is a huge plus too. Last but not least, Hannah is a wonderful property owner/manager - she made everything easy for us. I definitely recommend, and we look forward to coming back to St John and staying here again!

Everything was waiting on us to enjoy a week in St John. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. I wish it had a bbq pit of some sort, but that is my only “complaint.” We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway for two!

This condo/apartment was perfect for the two of us! Hannah was a great host, even though we never met her- she was available to us and responded immediately to any questions. (We actually didn't need to meet her to go over the unit, but she was there if we did). There were a few cosmetic things that could be fixed, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We absolutely loved having the private pool to come home to after exploring the island. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't already in the unit. Netflix was a nice little extra. We would stay there again!

Paradise Found Villa

The villa is conveniently located just a minutes from Cruz Bay, high on a hill with expansive, beautiful views. A jeep is a good choice for the drive up. The units interior is spacious for a one bedroom, and well appointed, but is in need of a good cleaning and some TLC. The deck is enormous and the private plunge pool offers a refreshing break from the afternoon sun. However, the deck could use a pergola or other fixed shade, and a grill to allow for even more enjoyment.
