Property is bright with airy living area, vaulted ceilings, fireplace and large HD TV (via Roku app channels). Dining area with view on the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters top. Laundry room. 3 bedrooms with CalKing (in master) and Queen beds (in 2 guest bedrooms). One bathroom ensuite in master and one separate for guest bedrooms + powder room in entrance for visiting guests.
Living room is wide opened to the beautiful desert outdoors setting with pool and hot tub (can be heated at 85F during winter time from November to April for $30/day (electricity and gas rated are exploded in Socal )) Oriented South West for sunny mornings and afternoons.
