There is a public beach access approximately a two-minute walk away and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A concrete driveway, carport area and picnic table are under the home.

Located on East Beach, Watts Landing is approximately a five-minute walk to the nearest grocery store, about an eight-minute walk to Middleton Park and very close to several local shops and restaurants.
