Ceiling fans throughout. Oceanview covered porch with furniture, private beach access across the street with gazebo. Seasonal pool / hot tub and charcoal grill on-premises. Nightly rentals are available with a 3-night minimum. Available for off-season monthly rentals.
The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
Please note dogs may occasionally be present during an owner stay for those guests allergic to pets.
