This property is in the prime location of Gulf Shores. It is great for the family and will sleep 6 people comfortably.

Property includes full kitchen, one bedroom, one bath, balcony overlooking the gulf with all linens supplied.

Property is across the street from the beach with beach access and endless conveniences and activities. There is so much fun with a mixture of sight seeing, activity, night life and people. (The Hangout is within walking distance, OWA Amusement Park, Waterville and RaceTrack is minutes away.

I know you will love Gulf Shores just as much as we do. It is so
nice to wake up in the mornings and view the beach from your
living room. I know you will have a wonderful and peaceful stay

Close enough to beach
Overall the stay was great. The location was kind of on the small side for our group but I was aware of that pre booking. The access to the beach was super close. No complaints.

GREAT BEACH STOP
We stayed here on a short stop in Gulf Shores on our way to South Florida. It was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. We definitely recommend!!!

Overall great stay. Love Gulf Shores. This was our second time staying at this location just on the second floor this time. Could really use an updated second bed. Clean and a great view and fun area. Thank you! Hope to see you on our next trip down.

Great Little Spot!
Was perfect for our girls weekend away. Located close enough to everything. Easy walk to the beach and many great places to eat. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot, what else do you really need! Communication with the owner was fast and easy! One warning: if you drive an SUV with a luggage rack, do not pull under the garage!!

Weekend Getaway
We were in the area to hear a band local to us play at the Hangout. The property worked for our stay, but I wouldn't rent again. It is dated and the listing is a bit misleading. This should be considered a studio as there is no actual bedroom. When you walk through the door the 2 beds are just there in the open on the right. It worked for the purpose of our long weekend trip being conveniently located/in walking distance to the Hangout (and other restaurants) and was clean, just not what I was expecting.

The perfect affordable stay!
We had a wonderful trip! Everything was as described except the chairs pictured on the balcony are no longer there so I would have brought extra camping chairs to put out there had I known. Otherwise it was clean and perfect for our needs! The beach across the street was a little crowded as expected but we prefer to drive down to the gulf state park beach across the bridge in perdido anyway. Owner was very kind, helpful and responsive to my messages.

We had an excellent time staying at this location. Beach is across the street with easy access. Lots to do in this area. Highly suggest checking out the Hangout! Such a FUN experience there! The New Orleans Stuffed Snowballs down the block were bomb! Room was very accommodating for what we needed. Owner was so nice and helpful. This was my first time booking through VRBO and he had patience of a saint helping me work through everything. He responded within minutes when I messaged him. Thank you! The only bad experience we ran into was leaving our beach chairs out to dry under the building (behind our vehicle that was backed in) and someone staying on the property stole them. As the occupants were caught with them they ran into their room and left before morning. That was our bad for being too trusting. Overall this was a great place to stay which made for an amazing vacation experience!

Repairs needed
We only stayed 1 night as a pit stop home from vacation. Location of the condo was great. Walking distance to the hangout. Parking was good also under the condos. AC really doesn’t cool very well. We went walk on the beach and came back the AC was set to 78 we had put it on 72 before we left the room. I think they control the AC maybe through an app or something. This happened more then once. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. I’m glad we were only there 1 night because we didn’t feel safe leaving our things in there when we left. The door seems like it could be opened very easily even when locked. Very flimsy door. Chairs on the balcony are all rusty.
