Threshold ramps from the two living areas allow access to the oceanfront deck, gazebo and dune top deck. Event friendly. Five flat panel TVs - three with basic cable and two with extended cable. Two DVD players, wireless internet access. Two covered porches, screened porch with views of Intracoastal Waterway, oceanfront deck, gazebo with private walkway to beach, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. First floor living area with wet bar equipped with mini-fridge and ice maker. Second floor main living area and kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers and a magnificent view of the ocean. Master suite on 2nd floor with a view of the ocean. Ceiling fans, extensive DVD library. Nightly rentals with a 3-night minimum.
Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, both cats and dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.
