E 'consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, courtyard, stove, air conditioning and refrigerator in every room, can accommodate up to 8 people. Located in the main square of the country, gives instant access to all the services (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and so on.). casa vacanze accogliente ben e arredata
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene,belle camere ognuna col proprio bagno, un po scomoda la parte della cucina che rimane nell'atrio esterno, pero' per il resto tt ok. Posizione tranquilla nella loc Taviano a pochi km da Gallipoli. Se e quando potremo torneremo sicuramente. Grazie, Saluti

Séjour agréable d’une semaine
Très bon séjour d’une semaine dans cette location avec trois chambres avec salle de bain et un agréable patio équipé d’une cuisine extérieure (peu pratique quand il pleut). La localisation permet un accès rapide à tous les lieux à visiter ou de belles plages aux eaux cristallines. Chaleureux accueil à l’arrivée.

Esperienza perfetta!
Siamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi che ha passato una settimana in questo alloggio. Innanzitutto ci siamo trovati benissimo con i proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è costituita da diverse stanze tutte ben attrezzate e ben isolate le une dalle altre che permettono di mantenere una buona privacy; allo stesso tempo bellissimi spazi all'aperto tra le varie camere dove mangiare, rilassarsi o farsi un aperitivo godendo di un panorama mozzafiato. Punto a favore è sicuramente anche l'ottima posizione strategica della struttura che permette di andare a girare in macchina il salento comodamente!

Wonderful place
The place is so beautiful and clean. Ilaria and Antonio were very friendly and helpful, they gave us a list of restaurants and beaches. Quick to respond to all our inquiries. The apartment is beautifully decorated, location was central to all the places we wanted to visit, in the middle of a small piazza with a small market, pharmacy, pastry and coffe shop and a great restaurant in within few meters. What an amazing stay, we loved everything. Great to have the A/C in all the rooms and great patio to chill with a glass of wine.

Überraschend schönes Haus an einem Marktplatz mit Kirche, 3 eigenständige Schlafräume mit eigenem Bad, Aussenküche im Innenhof, in der Ortschaft gibt es nicht wirklich viel Gastronomie

Atmosfera salentina DOCG
Situata proprio nel cuore del centro storico, la proprietà della signora Ilaria è davvero una "chicca": dimora storica perfettamente ristrutturata nel solco della tradizione locale, per un ottimo comfort globale. Raggiungibili in poco tempo spiagge e località turistiche sia ioniche che adriatiche. Ilaria ci ha supportato in tutto, una padrona di casa davvero eccellente.

Mediterran saniertes Stadthaus am Marktplatz
Das Ferienhaus von Ilaria war in unserem Urlaub in Apulien definitiv ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war sehr gut. Die Sanierung und Ausstattung des Hauses entsprachen voll unserem Geschmack. Die Details des alten Stadthauses waren sehr gut herausgearbeitet. Zudem bot das Stadthaus viel Platz. Die kleine Küche im Patio war in Kombination mit dem Gasgrill völlig ausreichend für die Selbstverpflegung. Von der obersten Terrasse hatte man Blick auf den ruhigen Marktplatz und die Kirche.Dennoch war es im Haus immer ruhig. Man vernahm weder Kirchenläuten noch andere Geräusche. Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs sowie viele Cafes befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu den schönen Stränden von Gallipoli fuhr man mit dem Auto etwa 15 Minuten. Auch das Hafenstädtchen Gallipoli war stets einen Besuch wert. Taviano an sich bot zwar viele Cafes, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc., war aber - abgesehen von einem Keramikmarkt an einem Sonntag - eher unbelebt. Daher waren wir häufig mit dem Auto unterwegs, allein schon, um die Strände zu erkunden. Das Ferienhaus an sich ist definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Stadthaus
Romantische Aufteilung der Wohnung mit sehr guter Einrichtung. Prompte Reaktion bei Problemen. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung. Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden.

Lovely house
A lovely quirky house. In the very centre of the town. We used 2 rooms both with en suites. Taviano is a lovely town with some great restaurants.

Bellissime vacanze
La casa, che si trova nella piazza della chiesa di Taviano, è un'antica dimora che è stata ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto e cura nei dettagli, le camere sono ampie e tutte climatizzate. La casa dispone inoltre di un cortiletto interno con cucinotto e barbecue (che abbiamo molto apprezzato), e due piccole terrazze con tavolino, divanetto e ombrellone per momenti di relax in totale privacy. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno, bar, ristoranti, edicola, banca e negozi di tutti i tipi. Infine voglio sottolineare la gentilezza e assoluta disponibilità dei padroni di casa verso le nostre esigenze, veramente sopra le aspettative. Vivamente consigliato.

da favola!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane con una coppia di amici; in totale 8 persone. La casa è' stupenda (perfettamente pulita) e con le due camere singole complete di bagno privato, aria condizionata e frigo, c'era totale possibilità di privacy!!! Taviano e' un piccolo gioiellino dal quale si raggiungono velocemente le spiagge salentine (menzione d'onore per Punta Pizzo...camminate lungo la costa e troverete un mare splendido). La cucina e' mignon ma non è stato un problema preparare orecchiette al pomodoro e gamberi di Gallipoli sul barbecue in porzioni industriali...il sabato acquistate in edicola QuiSalento e troverete sagre ed eventi ogni sera e per tutti i gusti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Il soggiorno più bello di sempre
Veniamo in vacanza nel Salento da circa 15 anni, ma non ci era mai capitato di soggiornare in una casa all'altezza di questo mare: casa stupenda per un mare stupendo. Siamo stati accolti da persone garbate e disponibili in una antica dimora ristrutturata con competenza e con amore e curata in ogni particolare. Una casa pulitissima ed elegante, un vero gioiello. A 10 minuti di macchina dal mare ( e che mare!) , ma se volete rilassarvi fatevi una passeggiata in paese: la sera basta aprire il portone per ritrovarsi nella piazza con la chiesa, area pedonale, sembra di essere stati catapultati in un paesino dei racconti di Camilleri. Montalbano sono... Grazie alla signora Ilaria e al marito che hanno reso questa vacanza indimenticabile.

Meravigliosa!
La casa è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, arredata nei minimi particolari e piacevolmente accogliente inoltre pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. La biancheria profumata e i padroni di casa veramente carini, posso dire di non avere mai trovato niente che andasse oltre le aspettative come questo posto. Lo consiglio veramente !

La casa è splendida, ben ristrutturata ed arredata. Tutte le stanze hanno condizionatore, doccia e frigobar. La posizione è centrale per cui tutti i servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili e c'è anche una buona scelta per la ristorazione. Unico neo l'angolo cottura ridottissimo, esterno e poco attrezzato. Un altro problema può essere l'accesso alla casa che avviene transitando attraverso due delle quattro camere da letto a disposizione. Ciò può causare disturbo agli ospiti di queste stanze. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili.

Casa confortevole e curata nei dettagli
Ho soggiornato in questa dimora antica per una settimana, eravamo in 4. Ho trovato massimo comfort, pulizia e finezza di arredamenti, una casa diversa dalle altre. Proprietari disponibili, centralità della posizione. Caldamente consigliabile.
