Great Apartment in Central Location

Very nice apartment in the heart of Avoriaz. Right on the slopes with lots of bars and supermarkets nearby. Great communication from the host and we had no issues getting into the apartment or with check out. Highly recommend!

Une semaine parfaite

Appartement très bien localisé, près de tout, fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Une procedure d’arrivée facilitée qui permet de profiter de l’appartement et d’Avoriaz dès le samedi après-midi. Un propriétaire facilement joignable en cas de questions .Une semaine ensoleillée , sans nuage, comme j’en ai rarement vécu.

Super sijainti ja ski-in, ski-out

Minulle tämä huoneisto oli ihan Super! Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen ja siisteys oli hyvä! Lämmintä riitti vaikka pari lumimyrskyä pyyhki kohteen yli viikon aikana. Kerrankin suihkusta tuli vettä hyvällä paineella ja veden lämpötila pysyi tasaisena. Ruokakauppa (Sherpa), apteekki ja mùutama ravintolakin on ihan parin askeleen päässä, mutta huoneisto on 9. kerroksessa ja eri puolella taloa, joten öisin en kuullut melua. Aurinkoisena aamuna maisema ikkunasta on mainio ja hiihtohissin avautumisen näkee kun se kulkee ikkunan ohi. Tykkäsin paljon!

Logement bien placé mais équipements manquants

L'appartement est idéalement placé en centre station mais ses équipements mériteraient plus d'attention. Les luges et la bouilloire promises dans l'état des lieux n'étaient pas là. Dommage quand on sait qu'il est difficile de louer une luge à Avoriaz en pleine saison. Par ailleurs, le matelas du canapé lit à vécu (il est creusé au milieu) et la poignée de porte était cassée. Enfin, le ménage étant fait de manière très superficielle, la douche était bouchée de poignées de cheveux des occupants précédents. Dommage pour le prix de la location

Appartement très bien placé.

L’appartement est juste au dessus des commerces et bar et restaurant et pourtant au calme donnant sur la montagne. Il correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l’annonce.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, situé juste à côté de l'ascenseur donc pratique avec les skis, tous les équipements de base sont bien fournis (sauf le linge) et l'immeuble snow est près de toutes les commodités (remontées, sherpa, pharmacie, resto et bar, etc).

Perfect, Cozy Apartment

Me and my partner stayed in this Accomodation in Jan '17. The apartment was exactly as described by the Owner, much to our delight. It is on the 9th floor which gives you a nice view in the morning, looking down onto one of the many slopes in Avoriaz. This particular accomodation is situated in the Residence du Snow apartment block. This was very convenient for us as it is very much at the focal point of Avoriaz. From the main door of residence du snow, the closest shop , 'sherpa', is less than a 30 second walk. Either side of sherpa there is a bar and just around the corner you will find many different restaurants. This apartment is by all means a ski in, ski out apartment as you are on the edge of a slope which leads down to 'The Tour' ski lift, which will then bring you to the top of Avoriaz village. As for the Accommodation itself, we found it quite cold on the first night. However, we found it extremely cold that night outside compared to the rest and there was also a very strong wind. We were comfortable the rest of the stay. The apartment had everything the two of us needed and expected and I think it would be good enough for four people also. I also have to praise the Owner Emmanuel who was very imformative and quick to reply to any queries I had before arriving and during my stay. Thank you Emmanuel! Do not hesitate to visit this apartment, especially on a ski holiday!
